Not to blame all some really work hard in each field but some get started with a startup and my question is why they could bring the startup as a big tech company because all the big tech companies are once a startup only. I could find these people riding on other's backs not to utilize their own effort. these people utilize the startup money and do nothing to them and simply leave it, making the startup sicker and suffering which is not good for our country. one day these big tech companies will start dictating their terms as corporate then we may come to know the real colour.

Many of my friends who know only their mother tongue & english have got promoted to manager level. Corporate jobs have nothing to do with knowledge of Hindi. If you are fluent in English then no problem. If Hindi gives you a job then why so many people from Hindi speaking states migrating here in search of job

Moreover tamil will manage working in other states like how Hindi people are working here without knowing tamil. Even In Bengaluru there is a protest against Hindi imposition where both ruling and opposition both are national parties.What are you going to say for that. India is a multilingual country every language has equal importance stop creating a false image that only if you know Hindi you will get higher jobs which is not true
@@vijayragu8630 I think you don’t understand. It is not that you will get a job or secure a better role IF AND ONLY IF you know Hindi. However, like the gentleman in the video mentioned, there could be a small advantage in terms of communication if you are able to communicate in a language that is of Indian origin with your colleagues from different states. If you didn’t know, Northern states have hundreds of dialect, for many of them Hindi is not their mother tongue in fact, yet they speak Hindi as a second language. The idea is, to have a language that is of Indian roots, as a symbol of unification. Otherwise of course English is the most practical and important language.
@@jeannebye8153 Hindi is the mother tongue of 22% indians. most of the above mentioned languages are closely related to Hindi & belong to the same language family even many have same script that's why many northerners learn Hindi easily. You are saying that learning Hindi has an advantage in office space. But even if you learn Hindi even up to pandit level many will not get command over the language when compared to a person having Hindi as his mother tongue. Whereas english is a neutral language for all which is not the mother tongue of any particular group in india and so it doesn't favour any person in office space. One of the main reasons for the hindi imposition debate in Bengaluru is bcoz people from north start to use Hindi even in official meetings which kept the other non Hindi people at a disadvantage. Don't forget all kannadigas & telugu people learn Hindi from school even they are not ok with the usage of Hindi in official meetings.
