Did you see that new ignitor was a 400 V model, the old was a 240 V. It should work but with lower V. It was specified higer than the old, but it will be lower anyway. Bu I hope it works fine :-)
Good video. My cleaner only fires if you lift the diesel head off to give it more air. What could this be? Do you think the electrodes could be set up wrong?
HI, Was it me or did that motor not sound happy, a bit rumbly, what is the voltage across the capacitor from the coil connection to the other ac in? Cheers
Do you know if there is a heat shield inide the heater coil? I have a stella idrobase model but there is a heat shield which covers half of the internal coil. Dont knnow if this was a bodge by someone
Was a while ago now. But I think off eBay. As long as you match the old one to the new one it should be fine. I did have to email the motor manufacturer for the wiring diagram though.
The spark should stop after 30 seconds to stop the contactors and transformer overheating. They will be a timer wired in conjunction with the flyback transformer.
all the hot machines i work on, the spark keeps going. most machines have the blower motor and ht transformer wired together. in case ayone points this out, some machines have the blower fan on the back of the main motor.
Did you say the water was in your crocs? If so seriously...crocs...what is wrong with you man? ;-) Not the first time I've forgotten to put some bit or other on that flows water and got drenched / ended up looking like I've wet myself. Your getting there, its always the way, you find that "one simple fault" is in fact masking about 20 other ones...and whoever designed it didn't consider it would a) be in a car, b) in a frame, c) in a confined space or d) people who work on these things dont have hands the size of a 3 year olds...
I was once like you. I said to my mate 'what are you wearing?'. He told me they were crocs and gave me a shot of them. He nearly didn't get them back. They are the comfiest things I've ever worn.

Hi
My diesel spark is purple, the ignition bars a loose and the diesel is not misting. Any tips would be great

Does your blower have an adjustable intake vent?

Not sure. I tried the cap on the other coil and it refused to spin. If I remember I'll take the cover off the motor again and take a voltage reading.
Hi. In the video it sounded like the cap was too large, giving that strained motor sound. Cheers
What model number is this pressure washer
It’s a heavily bastardised cleanwell H11/100.

I have idrobase stella too..the boiler is not working now.
Hi where did you get the electric starter from thanks

Scotland?
Be careful, that igniter put me asleep one time !!!!
Yeah, I thinks it 25,000 volts or more.
Hello. I need your help man. Does the spark keep going after the flame is burning??
On the one I fixed yes.
The spark should stop after 30 seconds to stop the contactors and transformer overheating.
They will be a timer wired in conjunction with the flyback transformer.
My karcher hds stays on to ignite fuel
