I worry about the decisions I make because I remember how things didn’t turn out the way I had hoped for in the past. Yes, have a pattern for sabotaging myself and quitting out of fear, failure, regret, embarrassment etc… We tend to beat ourselves up when we choose to live in the past. I’m choosing to live in the present, because it is a gift, and this gift is available to anyone who chooses it. Take it easy on yourself, and enjoy your day! ❤
I have asked my deeper self questions and recieved the answer of silence. I always wondered that meant about me like maybe I really wasn't actually connected to myself. I kept getting the message "it doesn't matter".. I finally understand. As long as I stay present I am in the flow executing actions that bring me the highest amount of pleasure and fulfillment. I am so productive for the first time in my life. Be kind to yourselves loves! The answers are within. Do not question the answers.

"Still working form survival" this is helpful to as I'm working on my relationship with money, relationships, etc. I still notice survival things come up and "know bettter's" that come up. "You went from what you know to what you knew" thank you for bringing us back to the Now especially as I release the past this will assist so I don't pick up the past again. Choose the Now. Its a new choice I've been too set in my ways. I have learned how to be happy anyway no matter what I'm going through which doesn't always feel real. But I can make better choices but I get confused sometimes about what to do but maybe if i step back a minute and quit making snap judgments about work and moving etc.

another thing one could say- yes, Im stuck- and that's ok- it is there- it is what it is.... it rises up - Im stuck. and when I see it - it goes away- I see it's no big deal.... to be stuck.
Or, when we drop out of awareness to gently pull ourselves back in. Oh wait!! This reaction feels like a pattern. It feels like ego screaming “too hard.” Let me sit with this for a minute in contemplation so I can get more awareness about what’s going on in me right now.
Haha so my therapist actually trained me to drop the expression "I should" from my vocabulary, and to replace it with "I want to." Every single time I uttered any form of the words "I should," the woman would literally stop me in midsentence, hold up an index card with the word WANT written in big, black, permanent letters, and she'd wait for me to repeat myself using "I want to" in place of "I should." Her reasoning was that I either truly wanted the thing, or I truly didn't. But either way I was causing my own pain, because the reality is that thinking and speaking in terms of "I should" is actually just guilt-tripping yourself for not already having (doing, thinking, feeling, etc.) something in the now. Her method totally worked, btw. I cringe every time I hear anyone use the phrase, and I will totally correct close friends who come to me for advice if I hear them say it. 🌱💗

A fellow traveler told me he heard a rock ask him a question. He barely heard the question. He answered the question because he heard the question. No carving experience previously. Within a very small amount of time, he was guaranteed $400.000.00 to carve an incredible relief in the home of another. He understood.
This was the perfect thing to “just happen upon” The reminder I needed 😂😊 thank you One thing I thought of. Thinking something is hard to do and thinking you shouldn’t choose you now honors neither. And you wanting to honor all accomplishes that nothing. It is discouraging and hard but worth it. When you choose you now it honors you and you will see how it will allow you the choice at the right time to honor all, even giving the space to healthfully honor your past while you keep choosing you now at every second I hope I expressed that well enough. I'll be in a better frequency and then somehow bounce back to fear and scarcity etc. I do pray and believe in God but don't always go to church every week but then sometimes I think I have the Catholic guilt trip about success. I'm kind of old now but still look about 10 to 20 plus years than I am but am confused at times.
