We do have hanging wires on debug! They came with Batu :)

I feel like this is one of those places that a tourist might just walk by but the locals know it’s a hidden gem with the best noodles in town ❤
Amazing build! By the way, you could solve the roof overlap with the shells by having little spaces in between each building - they do this in Japan for earthquake resilience. I used to called them neko dori, or cat streets 🐈⬛

I can’t believe how early I am. I love this build style, and I feel like it could very easily be expanded into an apartment building with the new pack.

This is so cute, I’m going to try to shove the Anywhere Food Stand from home chef hustle in there and sell bowls of Ramen! Highly recommend that food stand, you can sell almost anything, but if you do food the sims will buy and sit and eat in your lot. It’s my current obsession for gameplay. Running to download this build now ❤❤❤
Every time I watch your vids, I'm nodding in agreement the entire time. We have very similar (and perfect hehe) build styles. Loved this one!
I have been watching the builds of some others for the "For Rent" pack and have seen the work-around for apartments in existing builds that are residential. You have to save the lot to the gallery and then place the build without a sim in it or move the sim that lives on the lot out before the lot can be changed to Residential Rental. Then the original sim will have to buy the lot again.

When my mum's dogs were in heat she got a pack of pull ups cut a hole for the tail and the happily walked rouns the house with disney princess on their butts.
She also found a spray which helps eleviate issues too.

What a fantastic build! It looks great, the use of building shells to make the area look more urban is brilliant, and your use of space in the apartment is (as usual) ingenious. Did you mean LittleMissSam's Live-In Business mod? I'm planning to try that out in my legacy challenge, but i would absolutely LOVE to see you play around with it in one of your videos!

This is so creative and lovely build. You mention wires, there is some in debug/live edit in Batuu only ones I seen and used. And Yes please, do some mod testing, I would love to see that.
This is so adorable! For another idea, you could do something similar but set it up like a boba tea & thrift store downstairs and apartment/s upstairs as tiny homes. The boba and thrift stores could even be 2 seperate spaces.

Syd Mac did a video where her community built rooms and posted them on the gallery under a # and she created a house using the rooms. She did a lovely job. I would LOVE to watch you test out mods!! I have been exclusively a console player until recently when I bought all of the packs for my laptop during the sale. I am dipping my toes into mods and CC (I have already downloaded all of the CC you use so I can finally have those builds in my game!) and I’m trying to find some good mods and CAS CC so I would absolutely watch you do some of that on the channel!
I’d also love to see another tiny business/apartment build like this somewhere like Windenburg or Henford on Bagley!
As a Japanese who is living in Tokyo, I am so happy that you build another Japanese style build!! I hope you can visit Japan someday and create a series of Japanese style buildings. A traditional ramen place usually owned by an old couple who lives on the second floor or the back of the restaurant :) Love from Tokyo!

Yes please try out mods, wonderful build I can imagine the restaurant owner just starting out, they put all their money in the restaurant so they have to live upstairs, we definitely don't mind take all the time you need ❤

I was not expecting her to go so soon at the ripe age of 10! Because I know you lost your dog blu a year ago, do you have any advice on how to cope with a lost of your pet? I was so disappointed when you were trying to play a bit as Eliza in the new pack and it didn't work at all and broke your beautiful build😿 I can't believe they are releasing packs that don't work or have that many bugs it seems like a testing demo lol
