I think we should allow anyone to use these portals (or they should just be added) because im a huge fan of the idea of being able to use the higher gravity for gameplay without it being completely unannounced that the gravity has changed
The creator put custom objects for you to save behind the start of the level :) I’m using them for one of my levels, I like mini swing with high gravity
@@Nightcaat I agree. The swing just takes a ridicolously long amount of time to change its gravity and that makes it the worst gamemode imo. The mini version is a bit better however. I would have much preferred if the swing had no physics at all much like the wave, instantly switching gravity
Just a reminder that Nexus didn't actually create this level - it was SilentHexus. Although it is great that Nexus made a showcase of the level to spread its popularity!
Believe it or not, this could be made in 2.1 but it would be VERY complex and im gonna attempt to make it without gravity triggers and with move triggers
This level radiates Robtop's early level design at every corner, you could even replace time machine with this and it wouldn't feel any different. Hopefully people use that gravity portal design for announcing gravity changes, so the transition doesn't feel jagged.
It would be amazing that robtop made GD islands (like gd world) to teach GD's gimmicks like in this level... this level is an amazing introduction for gravity change
Man, this almost feels like what 1.1 could have been. Instead of just a silly little mirror portal, the game could have had gravity change, which really could have set it apart from the Impossible Game very early on.

If everyone agrees on using this portal design in their levels, imo this should be the canon way of increasing/decreasing gravity in gameplay.
I really miss the 1.0 feel, its a shame its barely used anymore. Its now more of how decorated your level is.
