Never thought that this song would go insanely well accoustic. Lightbringer stays my favourite pentakill song, but this entire album is LIT as well, 10/10
What the hell even is this???? How can you take something that was already wonderful, turn it into an acoustic, and STILL GIVE ME GOOSEBUMPS?

Jorn genuinely has an incredible voice and this version really allows him to showcase his versatility
after listening to light bringer for so long, this created a feeling I cannot describe

This sounds so good and melancholy, like singing on a rooftop while is destrucción in the ground or something
This is what being a metalhead is about. We dont particularly ONLY listen to metal. We listen to music where the singer sings as though he is the song. It doesn’t matter the genre too much, rather the passion of the singer and the band. Jorn’s voice is Karthus to us, and the emotion he puts into this song speaks to us. Truly legendary!
Never in my life have I thought that we will get an acoustic version of Lightbringer!

This song is how I feel everytime riot ruins the lore and then buffs Irelia
Now this was an unexpected gift that was truly magnificent. We shall cherish it.
So I imagine in a setting that their costumes are out, wore their regular clothes hanging out together, then sona plays harmonically. Then karthus starts to sing while, the rest of the band is chillin' and drinking beer, having a peaceful night.
This one hits different, very hard and you know why? Because it has the weight of 7 years when most of us were in our late 10s early 20s and heard it for the first time. It has been a long way up here, some of us didn't make it here but the ones who did make it here, be proud of what you are and what you have become since then, all of us are now the lightbringers of our own lives.
The first version: the "Light bringer" trying to raise morale to get his army ready for battle.
The normal version rocks. The acoustic version is simply beautiful. It really puts an emphasis on the lyrics, someone who was betrayed and is now out for revenge. But unlike the normal version, anger is the not the main emotion here. It's present, for sure, but here it's calmer. Like the sea after a storm. This song is my main inspiration for the antagonist in the book I'm writing, the lyrics fit him extremely well. Thank you riot, for not only this song but this whole album. It's a masterpiece.
