If you have 9 words and you know their position, then you are only missing three. In this case it's a straightforward recovery, though it might take a few days to check all the possible seeds.

Same thing happened to a friend, he used the "import with seed phrase" but it opens up a new wallet which has no assets nor money. He has all the words of the seed phrase, but, it won't let him log in to his wallet with the assets only a empty one.

BTCRecover will only recover if you have lost a couple of words from your seed... If you have all 12 words, then what's stopping you from simply importing the seed directly in to Ronin wallet?

If you have the screenshots then it's unlikely that you have a typo. If you have lost the correct backup then there is no recovery unless you still have the wallet extension data from when it was working.

Your ronin wallet never gave you 13 words, you have added an extra somewhere along the way and will need to use BTCRecover to work out where you introduced this error.

Just give BTCRecover a go, if you are lucky the defaults will just work, otherwise you will need to try a tokenlist. (If there might be multiple options for a given word)

Ronin is asking you for the 12 word recovery recovery phrase. If you have lost this and don't have a working copy of the wallet, your funds are unrecoverable.

The only way to recover these funds is to contact the owner of the address and ask them to send the funds back. (And if you sent to the wrong address due to making a typo in the address, the funds are likely unrecoverable.)
Hello sir, I have a question, I log in to my Ronin wallet but when i log in in a different Ronin address comes up, my manager said that my slp is still on my original Ronin address but I can't find it. The same seed will always generate the same addresses. If you are getting a different address then you are either on the second or third acount, or have a typo in the seed.

Sounds like you might have mixed up your backups. Do you still have access to the wallet data from when it worked? (I missed that it is a screenshot, in this case it is very unlikely that there is a typo)

The first thing you should do is back up your wallet vault. If you are using Chrome/Brave your previous wallet will actually still be in there and you can do a password recovery with BTCRecover (I cover how to do this in my recent video on Metamask wallet recovery) Secondly, if you are getting the wrong address, it means that you have a typo in your seed, so you could just use BTCRecover to work out what that error is.

Don't enter your address in th extended public key step, you click cancel for that one and enter it when asked for a wallet address... Just watch the video...

If you have lost your seed then the only possible recovery option is to stop using your hard drive immediately and attempt a file recovery of the extension data.

If you removed the extension them you wiped the wallet data. If you don't have the seed backup for the wallet you removed then you have caused an unrecoverable loss.

i found a small security issue with the ledger, the computer software keeps records of accounts even when the device is disconnected, somebody can easily click and get the xpub address from it, it doesnt verify that you are connected to give you the xpub but it will verify to receive haha. have you come across this?
You just have a typo in the seed, so made a mistake copying it down. Just follow the process in the video, it will likely find and correct it within a few minutes.

If you are missing all of them, then you can't recover the seed. (It's just math)

Two mistakes is all you need, that will recover two missing words.

The error means what it says, your seed has a typo and is invalid. If it's just one or two words wrong BTCRecover will fix it no problem.

You likely just got two swapped, picked a close word or assembled your seed fragments incorrectly

Same thing happened to a friend, he used the "import with seed phrase" but it opens up a new wallet which has no assets nor money.

BTCRecover will only recover if you have lost a couple of words from your seed... If you have all 12 words, then what's stopping you from simply importing the seed directly in to Ronin wallet?

If you have the screenshots then it's unlikely that you have a typo. If you have lost the correct backup then there is no recovery unless you still have the wallet extension data from when it was working.

Your ronin wallet never gave you 13 words, you have added an extra somewhere along the way and will need to use BTCRecover to work out where you introduced this error.

Just give BTCRecover a go, if you are lucky the defaults will just work, otherwise you will need to try a tokenlist. (If there might be multiple options for a given word)

Ronin is asking you for the 12 word recovery recovery phrase. If you have lost this and don't have a working copy of the wallet, your funds are unrecoverable.

The only way to recover these funds is to contact the owner of the address and ask them to send the funds back. (And if you sent to the wrong address due to making a typo in the address, the funds are likely unrecoverable.)

The same seed will always generate the same addresses. If you are getting a different address then you are either on the second or third acount, or have a typo in the seed.

Well yea of you have lost the whole seed then this is unrecoverable. This only works to recover from a situation where you are missing a few words.

Sounds like you might have mixed up your backups. Do you still have access to the wallet data from when it worked? (I missed that it is a screenshot, in this case it is very unlikely that there is a typo)

If you have most of your seed phrase them it doesn't matter if you have formatted your computer. (You can still run the recovery)

The first thing you should do is back up your wallet vault. If you are using Chrome/Brave your previous wallet will actually still be in there and you can do a password recovery with BTCRecover (I cover how to do this in my recent video on Metamask wallet recovery) Secondly, if you are getting the wrong address, it means that you have a typo in your seed, so you could just use BTCRecover to work out what that error is.

My Seedrecover keeps stopping at the same attempt, I've restarted retried and it keeps stopping at the same number. No error messages or anything. I tried doing your example and it stopped at attempt 5317(the same as yours) but didn't display the seed. Any Clues?

Turns out Mac was using python 2 as default, I couldn’t get 3 working. Anyway, through some trial and error I used your seed saviour and managed to get in! I’ll send you some eth! Don't enter your address in th extended public key step, you click cancel for that one and enter it when asked for a wallet address... Just watch the video...

If you removed the extension them you wiped the wallet data. If you don't have the seed backup for the wallet you removed then you have caused an unrecoverable loss.

If you ran BTCRecover in a clean environment, so something like live booting Ubuntu, then it is probably fine.

Are you saying that you only have 1/12 seeds? If so that's unrecoverable.
i found a small security issue with the ledger, the computer software keeps records of accounts even when the device is disconnected, somebody can easily click and get the xpub address from it, it doesnt verify that you are connected to give you the xpub but it will verify to receive haha. have you come across this?

Ronin doesn't generate 13 words, you added an extra word somewhere.

If you are only missing two words then BTCRecover will work fine with all the defaults.

If you have a slow PC then it might take a day with two missing words

It depends on your GPU but it may be even slower. If it's only going to take a couple of days then just let it run.
Sir I'm a filipino please help me, my brother deleted the picture that contains seed phrase of my ronin wallet. We've tried some alternative ways , we download an app to restore the deleted images then we found the picture but so blury, the number 1 is so blured. If you don't have a working copy of the wallet or the seed then this is unrecoverable.
Hi I did not lose my phrase key my concern is after I entered my phrase key ronin created new address and even I click create which usually generate a new address to check if that is my original its not happening its like my old ronin address is gone. Can u please help
If you are getting different addresses then this is due to your using a different seed. (Possibly due to a typo)

sir we don't remember seedpharase of ronin but metamask seedpharse works in ronin but different address is given can we use that process.
Using a different seed will simply generate different addresses, so you need to find the Ronin one.

If you don't have a working seed backup or a working copy of the wallet then you have caused an unrecoverable loss.

Can i use this to recover my avax wallet seed phrase?. I have all 24 words but i think it's scrambled or I probably have a word misspelled.
BTCRecover supports Avax for simple mistakes in your seed. If your seed is 24 words and you scrambled it deliberately then this won't be recoverable.
