I don’t keep reminders of my past pets around because I don’t want to feel sad everyday. I think they would want me to be happy, and to be my best for my current pets and my family. Of course they will always come to mind occasionally in my memories, and I feel joy, not as much sadness anymore because I’m not keeping the sadness in the front of my mind everyday. ❤
