Dear 2050: Spreading AWWA benefits across the entire water secto

AWWA is working hard to ramp up its membership as the world emerges from the COVID-19 pandemic.
At ACE23, letters penned by 10 water leaders will be placed in a time capsule addressed to the water community of 2050.
In his time capsule letter, AWWA President-Elect Patrick Kerr (President and CEO of the Baton Rouge Water Works Company) reflected upon the key role that AWWA plays in bringing together all parts of the water community. He noted:
“I hope that by 2050, our AWWA peer network has grown to include every water professional in our industry - and that each member benefits from AWWA’s tremendous knowledge base and best practices.”
