I used this for a month and a half to achieve my desired results. In the first 2 weeks only the shade of my hands changed(since I have very pale hands naturally I didn't notice anything but the people around me did). I stopped using it in the middle due to exams but then started using it again and surprisingly out of the blue I got a chance to get my tan dermatologically removed. Although it's not completely gone, I'm kinda satisfied with my results. I think it is because of this subliminal that things worked out for me
