Thank you! Finding £2 coins with the letters upside down is very common it's just part of the minting process

Thats called a rotation error. Flipping horizontally, they should both face the same way. It's a minting error and worth quite a bit. Join a facebook page and upload a video of you rotating it to get a valuation

My bank will only allow 5 bags at a time, ie- £50 in 50p , £25 in 10p and so on, which bank allows you to have the big bags please.
Oh I see. Some banks are funny about it and I've heard some branches of the same banks have different rules. I'd advise you to ask in other banks and if one will do it for you then open an account there

Bishop Promlin I believe 1971 is a high mintage year for them 1972 is the year your after or 72 73 or 74 in the 2ps as they were not minted for circulation. I may be wrong as I've never hunted then properly have a look on eBay at some of the auctions (buy it now's are unreliable) and see what they are selling for.
The valuable copper coin is 1983 as it’s copper value is more than the coin value and low mintage too. People think that all coins with the new pence on are valuable they aren’t.

Less than 300,000 were minted, slightly less than the Irish Commonwealth coin.

Jay Dee what errors do you want to look for? The error I was on about was the inner circle the gap between the inner and outer circle, this came to light more when the new £1 came out. Some of the centre pieces were falling out, the bigger the gap the more valuable the coin. Does that answer your question.
