    4c flour
    1/2c lard (bacon drippings are my fav)
    1 1/2c water, warm
    1.5 T salt
    Mix by hand or dough hook, add
    warm water til smooth if needed 1T at
    a time. Rest in warm spot
    The salt quantity is perfect for
    slathering in unsalted butter. If you'll
    stuff with salty foods cut to 3/4T
    Knead til smooth by hook 10 min, by
    hand 15min. Texture should be
    smooth and solid with you put in
    greased bowl. Rest about 1 hr in warm
    spot

    Taco Meat
    Ingredients:
    1 pound ground pork
    1 pound ground beef
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 onion, finely chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
    1 cup tomato sauce
    1/2 cup beef or chicken broth
    1 tablespoon tomato paste
    Ingredients:
    2 oz Mezcal
    1 oz Coconut Cream
    1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
    1/2 oz Triple Sec or Orange Liqueur
    1/2 oz Agave Syrup (adjust to taste)
    Ice cubes
    Lime wedges and shredded coconut for garnish
    Optional: Coconut flakes or toasted coconut rimming sugar for glass rim
