      Truth. If fluoride is intended to be only for teeth, why push it through every cell in your body? 🤡 Also, I learned that since fluoride is in the water in many states, the fruits/veggies you eat may also have absorbed fluoride. Any juice, coffee, tea or wine you drink may also have it. So you are taking in more than the 1% that they claim is safe.

    There is a difference between calcium fluoride and sodium fluoride. Calcium fluoride is what naturally mineralizes teeth and is found in soil and different foods and herbs. Sodium fluoride, which is artificially added to tap water, toothpaste, and other dental products, is highly toxic and has been linked to mental retardation, brain and organ damage, pacifies populations by calcifying the pineal gland, and causes dental fluorosis (browning of teeth) in high amounts. Sodium fluoride is a highly industrialized artificial chemical so it cannot be compared to the naturally occuring calcium fluoride. The whole issue is that the allopathic medical model and three letter agencies ignore this fact and act like both types of fluoride are identical and lead to identical outcomes. This is anti-science and criminal because they do not provide informed consent from populations that receive artificial fluoridation.

      When a crystal like table salt (sodium chlorine) is dissolved in water the ions get separated: chlorine floating and sodium floating elsewhere.
      The same will happen with you sodium fluorine, sodium somewhere and fluoride ion somewhere else.

    • @jasmineh8482
      @jasmineh8482 7 месяцев назад +1

      @@alexforget Comparing sodium chloride (aka salt) to sodium fluoride is a fallacy because sodium chloride occurs naturally within the body and in nature and is an essential trace mineral. However, sodium fluoride is artificially created via industrial processes, and it is a cumulative poison and highly toxic. Fluoride is found naturally in soil, the body, and certain foods and herbs in the form of calcium fluoride.

    I did some calculations years ago and came to the conclusion that 2L of tap water per day could result in hypothyroidism. Not long after, I remember coming across a study from, I think the CDC, which came to the same conclusion and suggested lowering the recommended levels added to the water supply. 2L a day is easily obtainable and easily exceeded for those that exercise or work in hot regions. Then there is the question of natural dietary sources such as fruits and vegetables that may have absorbed it. This was not considered in the overall load.
    Now consider if you make soup with tap water, you are only concentrating the levels more. If you use toothpaste, that also contributes to the load from the small amounts you incidentally swallow while brushing.
    Now imagine you already have hypothyroidism, now you either need to stop drinking tap water or need to up your meds.
    Maybe I’m sensitive, but after a few minutes I feel odd whenever I drink tap water (and certain bottled water brands known for using filtered tap water), a bit like brain fog or something. I really can’t explain it, but I never feel this way with natural spring water. Maybe it’s also the added chlorine?
    I’m fine with toothpaste, that works, and so does eating a healthy diet. Both of these are health choices people can make. The tap water is a health choice you cannot make (not without having to pay the tax of buying bottled spring water) and has demonstrable health effects on people that are NOT communicated to the people. Then there is also the concern of dosing in the same levels for infants as adults which I’m concerned may be an issue as well, as well as the variability of dosage based on things like working in hot areas or frequent exercise.
    I seriously hope you take this into account with your follow up videos.

    Your thoughts… for most plant-based, doctors and health professionals are sending mixed messages in that. They are not speaking with one voice and one way of eating.. When we think about the Atkins diet, we know exactly what that means. When we think about the South Beach diet, we know exactly what that means. When we think about that old grapefruit diet, we know exactly what that means. When we think about the whole Food plant based lifestyle, we don’t know exactly what that means. it would be very helpful to our movement. If all these doctors and plant based health professionals would get together come up with one name for the lifestyle change and say the same thing., even if it means compromising in order to set a standard, so we will know exactly what that means… what is good to eat and what is not good to eat

    But I refuse to drink tap water. Unless it is absolutely necessary and there is no other option. But I don’t drink tap water EVER!!!!
    Not because of the fluoride but tap water is so dirty, and governments have been known to cover up tainted water in cities for decades. Walkerton Ontario Canada was only a few minutes from me growing up. And people died. Pinkerton USA also scared me. So no my children don’t drink tap water as long as I can help it.

    • @fapuloes
      @fapuloes 7 месяцев назад

      Thats a blatant lie. It's not forbidden in Europe and it's not considered a toxin either. The EU commission simply doesn't see a benefit in fluoridated water compared to toothpaste BUT water Fluoridation is a common practice in a lot of EU countries. Fluoride is also added in lots of food, and there are worlds between the amount of Fluoride we take in on a regular basis and the concentrated amounts that we'd actually need to consume for it to even remotely resemble something of a risk factor. It's like saying that pure water is unhealthy because you could die from drinking 5000 litres all at once.

    • @michaelt8388
      @michaelt8388 7 месяцев назад +1

      You are absolutely right. On the international front, most of the west European countries have rejected water fluoridation including Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, and Switzerland.
      Why avoid fluoride in toothpaste?
      The reason for these recommendations is because when too much fluoride is ingested, it is toxic. Excess fluoride ingestion is linked to dental fluorosis, a condition that causes tooth enamel to become discoloured and which when present can indicate that the rest of your body has been overexposed to fluoride as well.
      Why is fluoride banned in Europe?
      All other treatment chemicals are added to treat the water (i.e. to improve the water's quality and safety - which fluoride does not do). This is one of the reasons why much of Europe has rejected fluoridation.

      Fluoride is a mineral that helps strengthen tooth enamel and prevent cavities.
      Adding fluoride to water supplies (water fluoridation) is considered safe and effective for preventing cavities by public health authorities.
      Water fluoridation has been controversial, with critics arguing it is unnecessary and may pose health risks.
      Studies show that fluoridated water supplies lead to significantly fewer cavities in both children and adults compared to non-fluoridated areas.
      Despite some opposition, scientific evidence supports that the benefits of water fluoridation in reducing tooth decay outweigh potential risks when fluoride levels are properly adjusted.
