i would say the situation at 1:19 is a flopping = t foul. why does he fall down like that after a small touch? too obvious for a warning tbh, I would give a T for that on #10
The defender sticks his hand into shooters stomach while he is shooting. That´s enough for a foul. You can not give a T for flop to a player that has been fouled. But you are correct the "flop" by the offensive player shooting is extreme.. you could talk to him about it. But still a foul.
