Potato skin will get crack that's enough. cool down the potato and then cook.

Hi,
To boil potatoes perfectly, do not boil them in pressure cooker.
Boil in pot so you can see the potatoes when the skin is cracked,
Potatoes are ready. Peel the skin when it cools down a little bit..

Add water so potatoes are submerged only halfway. After the first whistle, lower the flame to sim and boil for 12 minutes. Then turn off the gas. As soon as the pressure is naturally released, remove the potatoes from water. This method works for most kind of potatoes.
