    100 bucks a piece for used AI Prime HD's is really cheap, good score.

    Look into ice cap battery back up. It support most 24v pump.

    • @Chief.R33F
      @Chief.R33F  Год назад

      I’ll check it out again, I believe it said for the v3 option it doesn’t support any ai products

    • @Chief.R33F
      @Chief.R33F  Год назад

      So I looked into it it seems the v1 ice cap battery backup is 12v. The v2 is 24v so in theory it should work. Then the new v3 is 12v and apparently doesn’t work 🥲 so I’m gonna try to find a used v2 and test the theory

    You should try the VCA random flow generators 1/2" size should fit you need two of them.

    Love the tank, how is that skimmer sitting in the tank?

    • @Chief.R33F
      @Chief.R33F  Год назад

      The skimmer hangs on the back in the chambers. I do like it a lot but I will say I would go with a tunze 9004 skimmer instead because of micro bubbles

    Along with the Neros the MightyJet is not compatible with any off the shelf battery backups as they are 24v vs 12v. I'm in the process of building a 24v lithium battery backup that will turn on automatically when power cuts out. For the heater check out the IM Helio dual heater, has built in redundancy, very reliable and is built not to fail on and cook your tank. I'm super happy with that purchase. Also what UV system are you using?

      Check out the link in the description that’s my uv setup, also I’ll def look into the filter roller. How are you liking it so far ???

    Also check out Corals By Design auto filter roller, they recently came out with one specifically for our tank. As soon as it hit their site I purchased it, its a nice unit.
