You can use the Aged Care Industry Labour Agreement to:
Sponsor overseas workers for the Temporary Skill Shortage (subclass 482) visa in direct care occupations such as:
Nursing Support Worker
Personal Care Assistant
Aged or Disabled Carer
You need to have made recent and genuine attempts to recruit workers from the domestic workforce pool.
Sponsor overseas workers for permanent residence under the Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 186) visa program. Workers must have at least two years of full time work experience in Australia in a relevant direct care occupation. The two years of work experience is not tied to a particular employer or visa subclass.
To obtain an employer-sponsored visa under the Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) visa subclass 482 as a support worker, offshore applicants need to follow these steps:
Find an employer in Australia who is willing to sponsor you: The first step is to find an Australian employer who is willing to sponsor you. You can search for job vacancies on Australian job portals or directly contact Australian employers in your field of work. You should be able to demonstrate that you have the necessary skills and experience for the job and that you meet the eligibility criteria for the visa.
Check the occupation list and eligibility criteria: Check the occupation list to ensure that your occupation is eligible for the TSS visa subclass 482. You will also need to meet the minimum English language requirements and other relevant criteria.
The employer must apply to become a sponsor: Your Australian employer must be approved as a Standard Business Sponsor (SBS) by the Australian Government. They will need to lodge a sponsorship application and provide supporting evidence.
The employer nominates you for the position: Once your employer has been approved as an SBS, they will need to nominate you for the position. They will need to provide evidence of the position, including the job description, salary, and other relevant details.
Apply for the visa: Once your employer's nomination is approved, you can then apply for the TSS visa subclass 482. You will need to provide supporting documents such as your passport, health and character documents, and evidence of your skills and qualifications.
It's important to note that the process for obtaining an employer-sponsored visa can be complex and time-consuming. It's recommended that you seek the assistance of a registered migration agent to guide you through the process and ensure that you meet all the eligibility criteria.

For the certification of documents, do i have for passport go to Department of Foreign Affairs for PH passport, and then for Drivers License go to the Land Transportation Office PH for them to certify it? Please can you throw more light on this part time EQUIVALENT. What make up full time how many minimum hours?
In Australia full time working hours is working at least 8 hours per day for 5 days in a week so this can me Monday to Friday.
Or you can calculate it as working at least 40hours per week.
So if you were working part-time then you need to prove that you have at least 2 years working experience instead of the 1 year full time experience.

If you have a court house next to you, they offer the Notary service.
You can also take it to an Australian commissioner in your country and they will do it for you. You might have to pay something for it.
@@settlinginaustralia unfortunately am working in Saudi Arabia where we are not of such opportunity of moving and it's now 3years experience dealing with aged, disabled people. How should I go over this. I have two certificates; one with practicals which took a 1month period before travelling to Saudi and one online.

if your nursing qualifications is equivalent to Australia Certificate 3 then yes you can apply for your skills assessment

Yes you are eligible, you just have to prove your working experience and this can be a letter from your company outlining your duties.
