    Any thoughts on the more complex light boards used by athletes like Al Iaquinta? They seem to engage peripheral vision and touch. I've heard they're pricey, although they just seem to be randomly lit boards?

      Hi, Rob, we're big fans of the Fitlight Trainer and products like the Dynavision D2 or the Neuro Sensorimotor Integrator, but they are definitely out of most trainers' price range. There are apps that can be a less expensive way to have people react to and interact with random interactive stimulus, and Blazepod is a potential alternative to the Fitlight Trainer that Iaquinta uses.

    Do anybody know about Episoketren System? Does it really work? I hear many individuals improve their soccer skills using it with this popular training program.
