I was a US Army Infantry grenadier, and as a squad leader, carried one to mark targets for my teams. Super easy to learn, accurate range estimation is the key.
That's great! Thank you for sharing!
The sound, that "boop" is so cool! Thank you Jason for this video!
Glad you liked it! Thank you for watching as well!
You had a good instructor. What about a live round
Yessir, I fired the M-203 in 1976 with a High Explosive (HE) round during combat training at Camp Bullis in Texas. Adrenaline rush for sure. Our trainers were relativly fresh back from Viet Nam. They were honestly bad-@$$ and knew ALL the right s#it. 😎👍
That's great! Thank you for watching!
M203A1 that’s the short model made for the M-4 Carbine and M-4A1 Carbine. There’s also an M320 nowadays too. I have also always wanted to fire the M-79 break action grenade launcher that was used by the Navy SEAL Teams for a long time even after Vietnam. The pump action China Lake Special also! Great Episode Jason! God Bless you my friend!
Thank you for sharing! God bless you too!
I fired the M203 Grenade launcher, the first time, when I was in Basic Training in 1982. I remember the Orange powder rounds. It brings back fond memories. Thanks for Sharing, Jason!
Awesome! Thanks for sharing!
I was all like, 'The other trigger!' 😅
Jason one favorite weapons I am an army combat veteran. I fired that when I was in the army 1976-1978.
That's great! Thank you for sharing!
Surprised to see so rare to use the grenade launcher.
I'll bet that was fun.
"Say hello to my little friend!"
Jason it was so much fun watching you for the first time with the 203. I did the same thing when I first shot one. I had one for a while as well in Iraq and it was a beautiful thing. I could shoot the rifle with my right hand and at the same time manipulate the tube and fire it with my left hand. It pays to be ambidextrous.
Thank you for watching Aaron! Glad you enjoyed it!
@@JasonHansonSpyBriefing I always enjoy your content. I once almost joined the agency but I met a girl so that was out of the window. Keep training and stay deadly my friend.
all you have to say jason is > say hello to my little friend n fire away brotha , lol, great stuff , yes i fired these in the military , great stuff n vid n keep these coming , this is really good training for you brotha , thanks > tom !
@Jason Hanson:
I enjoy watching you try out this different weaponry, because it's interesting to see what our men and women in uniform might be using, and I'm always hoping that they stay safe.
Would your work history preclude you from informing your viewers if we need to start paying more serious attention, taking notes, and perhaps going shopping, for places to relocate to, and, better protection?
Kool video Jason, blessings.
Glad you liked it! Thanks!
That's got a nicer sighting system then we had
With it and being left handed I remember getting up close and personal with the m 16 carrying handle
82 nd airborne Grenada
Yep the M203 was rather not the funnest to shoot but it did some damage.
I was in SF in VN, and I really liked the M-79 (we did not have the M-203 in SF at the time).
That's great! Thanks for sharing Chris!
The M203 is fun shoot
Boom. That was anti-climatic but I learned some new things from a great instructor. Nice shot.
Thank you for watching! God bless!
So much fun to watch you fire that M203 grenade launcher like an ex- CIA spook. And always a pleasure watching your channel and may God bless America..
Thank you so much for watching Joey! God bless you and your family too!
If you're using a grenade launcher as a spy, you're doing your job wrong
Mk-19 next. Machine gun grenade launcher. You can see the rounds going down range. Fun stuff.
Thank you for watching! Enjoy!
Great, next try to fire M32s, MK 19s & MK 47s in the future. XD
My old soi rifle! Just now trying a 40mm?!
Rad
I like the blooper better
Send it!
Haha, very cool!
Thank you! God bless and stay safe!
nice J, looks like fun man. i see you 😂
Interesting video - and I would have forgiven you bringing in a special-effects team to prime the target area with a hundred pounds of HE and a thousand gallons of gas. You know, giving it the full 'Mr & Mrs Smith'.
Hey jason.. im looking and trying to find how i can buy some of your food that you sell.. but i dont see a website. i do have some questions on it as well.. i would buy 3 years worth of food. idk how to get a hold of you though so ill try here. thanks
i wish i could have that experience but there's no way that's going to happen
Lucky
👍
Say hello to my little friend “Scarface” movie for younger people that may not know
I think I have an idea for keeping the intruder away, yelling out I have a grenade launcher proceed at your own risk and say I have that on tape, don't say they're going to bann them too because I said something
Was it a smoke grenade
The practice grenade you saw here, was simply that. However, there ARE smoke grenades, of various colors for signaling, very potent tear gas grenades, and, of course, the high explosive round, with a 15 meter kill radius. Jason's shot was totally a hit.

Hey Jason, do you have thoughts about all this free money for food or rent or whatever you want. Is that just another way of tracking your spending like the tracking credit card they are going to make us take when they recall the paper dollars?
Hey did you do a video on why the CIA seems to have a thing for Utah or was that someone else?
What is the point of a grenade launcher when a person can just throw it accurately Jason?
*#Awesome**👍*
WHAT, NO WAY! So what did your employee do to get fired?! For having a weird name maybe?😮😂 PEACE!
❤
Thank you for watching!
Grenade launcher? This site is too much for me.

Click bait. Doesn't fire a grenade
It certainly does.
