This is an elderly person's house and this one sef is a small thing compared to houses of young people. The gold and loud colors will tell you that it's an elderly person's house. That's how our parents like it especially the igbos, some yorubas and hausas. They like their houses like this. This is not compared to the modern style of interiors we have in Nigeria. This is luxury but old fashion style (that of royalty). Our parents like it like this 😂😂

Nigeria generally is for the strong, you cant afford to be a weakling and Abuja is for those that are either rich, super rich, wealthy, super wealthy and well connected else you will find yourself in nyanyan. But properties in Nigeria are cheaper, if you compare to Kenya. 150,000,000 Naira is about 27m Kenya shillings. and you can see that house here in Kenya costs something like USD1,000,000.......
