I actually like Mogrul... he keeps sending mercenaries after me. It's a nice source of free gear and money. It's amusing that he thinks it bothers the character.... I just keep killing them and raking in the money. After a certain point, sending well geared fighters after a Dragonborn is like sending someone flowers and a box of Chocolates.

Me and my 1,000 level 4 characters and my level 100 Kahjiet (excuse my bad spelling) named Mittens who collected all daedric artifacts, completed all guilds, and owns all player houses just cause she can, and punches dragons to death, all on legendary difficulty.
I'd be like halfway or I already finished the main quest line and I'd just restart the game over and over again (I mostly either pick the elves, khajiit or argonian) so I probably have over 100 games that I started and abandoned later on.

I once killed lemkil and the courier gave me an inheritance letter. Then I got in a fight with a guard and serana resurrected him and I killed him again and a different courier came and gave me another letter of inheritance. The two deaths took place like two minutes from each other
I hired a mercenary for the quest where you have to sacrifice someone to Boethiah, it cost me 500 septims. Then I got an inheritance, 300 septims. Then the courier came again with another 300 septims! He also came a third time, but I didn't get any money that time for some reason. xD

It's not ridiculous. He said where she works is bright because it's called Radiant Raiments. And she does change your appearance (i.e. clothes) without magic. The face sculpter uses magic as part of her process.

Courier is not the only one who will seek you out no matter where you are, so will any hired thugs, I remember a few even sought me out at the college of Winterhold, and I was like "Who let these guys in here?!" Also I saw a video where the dragonborn was attacked by Hired Thugs, "AT HIS WEDDING!" They were literally sitting there waiting for him. and it turned out it was Maramal of all people who hired them.

I think it's a pro, honestly, at least Maven knows how to run things. Half the time I walk onto Laila and hear her 'governing' dialogues I want to murder her. "If Riften would fall it's only fitting that her ruler is spared!" "I heard there is skooma in my town." "Oh, those are Imperial lies to weaken your rule!" "Ah, very good, then, carry on."

The Fugitive and The Thief are my arch-nemeses. You could be fighting a dragon and a dragon priest at the same time and yet they still show up to demand you to hold on to whatever they've stolen or give them your money.
The courier is the worst. He shows up at the most inconvenient times just like the cultists. And he's always bringing me letters of inheritance. Most of them are for people that I don't even know. I don't care that Bob from down the street died he only left me 5 gold anyways, didn't even know the guy
Cultists show up at the next city or town you go to after taking the letter which Delphine left in place of the Horn of Jurgen Windcaller. That's almost always in Riverwood, since you have to go there to find Delphine to complete the quest.
Theory: the Courier is the one who writes the "Letter From a Friend" messages He always knows where you are, you never do find out who your mysterious friend is, and the whole deal just seems incredibly suspicious.
I'm friends with 2 people with ADHD, one case that's reeeeeeally bad, and my grandmother has Alzheimer's so she repeats herself a lot, but that doesn't bug me. Thus, Cicero never bugs me... well, I suppose he did get right on my ass and pushed off a ledge in a Dwarven ruin to my death once... but again, I've had Barbas do that to me at least 4 times so I naturally forgive immediately. HOW COULD I GET MAD AT THAT SWEET PUPPY!? So Cicero reaps the benefits of commiting the same crime as a sweet doge.

How to deal with Maven: 1. Become leader of the Thieves Guild and the Dark Brotherhood. 2. Become thane of Riften. 3. Establish stormcloak rule. By doing this, you’ve basically stripped her of her best assets. She doesn’t have nearly as much power now, and you are twice as powerful as she ever was.

@@Hambolove16 I've never maxed out anything, I've probably got close to 2K hours on it, and I still play it as one of my go-to games. Hell, I've only completed the main story line twice. I make character builds, including name, backstory, allegiances to different guilds, playstyle, morality, skills/perks and of course equipment/spells and try to overlap as little as possible. That's how I keep myself entertained. Also mods.

actually you can make farengar to like you if you first talk to him with high level in any of the magic areas(conjuration, destruction) you will get a diferent line when you talk to him about the jarls job

I got a semi funny story about a courier, recently I was in Riverwood I had just gotten done with the horn of jergan windcaller, woke up from the inn, and two cultists of miraak show up saying I'm not the real dragonborn, at the same time a dragon comes out of nowhere starts attacking, so now I have to deal with two crazy people, and a flying lizard, and now is when the courier decides, "I got a letter for you" ,I was like DUDE, NOW IS NOT THE TIME!!
I just love how Nazeem is so condescending and treats the Dovahkiin like he/she is of lower class when he literally lives in someone else's store.
Apparently he had a farm in development, the one he mentions owning, and lives there, why it was cut but he was kept in is beyond me.

Courier is not the only one who will seek you out no matter where you are, so will any hired thugs, I remember a few even sought me out at the college of Winterhold, and I was like "Who let these guys in here?!" Also I saw a video where the dragonborn was attacked by Hired Thugs, "AT HIS WEDDING!" They were literally sitting there waiting for him. and it turned out it was Maramal of all people who hired them.

The Fugitive and The Thief are my arch-nemeses. You could be fighting a dragon and a dragon priest at the same time and yet they still show up to demand you to hold on to whatever they've stolen or give them your money.
The courier is the worst. He shows up at the most inconvenient times just like the cultists. And he's always bringing me letters of inheritance. Most of them are for people that I don't even know. I don't care that Bob from down the street died he only left me 5 gold anyways, didn't even know the guy

Cultists show up at the next city or town you go to after taking the letter which Delphine left in place of the Horn of Jurgen Windcaller. That's almost always in Riverwood, since you have to go there to find Delphine to complete the quest.

I make character builds, including name, backstory, allegiances to different guilds, playstyle, morality, skills/perks and of course equipment/spells and try to overlap as little as possible.
That's how I keep myself entertained.

I got a semi funny story about a courier, recently I was in Riverwood I had just gotten done with the horn of jergan windcaller, woke up from the inn, and two cultists of miraak show up saying I'm not the real dragonborn, at the same time a dragon comes out of nowhere starts attacking, so now I have to deal with two crazy people, and a flying lizard, and now is when the courier decides, "I got a letter for you" ,I was like DUDE, NOW IS NOT THE TIME!!
