So cute! I’ve been thinking about building an electric Lotus Seven via a kit from Caterham/Westfield/GBBS but I could easily be talked into an Arrow. I love the styling!
@@Classiccarstories thanks for the reply. I watched your Westfield 250 EV video. Any updates since that was recorded? This is very much what I am looking for, but with a bit less performance - say 0-60 in 6 sec and a top speed of 100mph. This will be a Sunday back road tourer not a track car. I’d happily sacrifice performance for lower insurance premiums and longer range.
Oh that's something i love. I wasn't really into this type of car - 1920-30s looking racing cars, but oh my, after looking at these lovelies and electric - i want more manufacturers to make them
More a fun thing i didn't see a two seater just a 1.5 seater but how uncomfortable is that also 100 mile battery 250 i think minimum or just don't bother a kit car keep down costs ?.
Great video thanks DATBS

Yes it’s a really quirky car, the two seater will be excellent as are their future projects
I hope when two seater is out you are going to make a video about it too
@@RT-nk6gc yes we are have been arranging filming dates today thank you for watching 😊
A great idea and wish them well. But the quadricycle route has quite a few limitations. Limitations to weight, power and speed.
I wonder if they will also do kits to convert the original cars to electric?
Don’t think that is their aim at this stage 😊
Sacrilege
If it has a 750cc BMW flying brick engine, or snowmobile engine with a cvt, I’d have it.

The two seater will be available soon , they certainly are a lot of fun but don’t think you’d do a lot of mileage in them anyway
expensive toy..
They are but they serve a particular market
