I Think I've seen this car in Belgium,(818330*009617* ??) it had been for sale for quite a while, came up on auction didn't sell didn't hit reserve..It was a full nut and bolt resto, looked amazing.. that color brings out the Fulvia lines like nothing else. I think it was a trader who had imported and restored it odly enough it had ratty ignition leads, which is incomprehensible when the rest of the car looked better than new.Why skimp out on something that cheap when you have an otherwise near perfect car to bring to auction!!?? some traders have no common sense.

The car being used for the movie was NOT a 2cv, it was a AMI SUPER with a 4 Cylinder engine inside and the 2cv construction. They have NEVER been sold, as the AMI SUPER was really rare to find. They're been selling only the standard 2cv with a pair of stickers.

Q plate would render it worthless to most. Very fortunate!
