Z: Crabs commonly have the ability to regenerate lost limbs after a period of time, and thus declawing is viewed as a potentially more sustainable method of fishing. Also, we only removed one of it, it still have the other one. Hope this helps! :)))
B: Hi I think you have misunderstood the intention. We only removed one claw and it has one other claw to defend itself. The other claw can regenerate itself fairly quickly. In fact, commercial fishermen in the States often remove only one claw from stone crabs they caught and release the stone crabs back into the sea. These stone crabs with one claw are capable to defend themselves with one claw and at the same time hunt for food. In no time, the other claw will be regenerated as well. We hope this clarifies.
Wah best la.

I just discovered a youtuber , "crab hunter SG" quite interesting video catching crab in Singapore , do check them out ...
Remember to watch , can get some idea where to go next...
Why letting go the thunder crab by removing it spinters. That very cruel act. They need to fend for themselves. Terrible act.
