[Resolume plugin] 3D Flag Ultimate (made with Wire) *Not for sharing yet*

I've updated the 3D Flag effect after 2 years.
It's been rewritten to work on all platforms: AppleSilicon / Intel Mac and Windows. I've also added more features and improved performance.
But, more importantly, today is the day of the finals for EURO 2024 and COPA AMERICA 2024. Best of luck to all 4 teams. Have great matches!
