This car is a masterpiece! With the 1.9 jtd 115 Hp, I can fast and furious in Hungary"s main highways, pushing aside Mercedeses and other "cool" cars at 160 km/h! They can not believe their eyes! 8)
I'm not going to talk about the guy behind the wheel who's one of the biggest memes of all Times but i'm gonna talk about 2 crazy french guys who decided to put a 1000hp 6.2L V8 inside of it. The 1000tipla is born.
All this time I thought the old guy in plaid here was just a guy from a stock photo that people used in memes. Didn't know he had any other significance. I also love how the rear wheels look like they are going to get ripped off the van during every drift.
Looks aside these are great cars, I put 128000 miles on one over 7 years and spent nothing apart from running costs (tyres, brakes and servicing parts), it didn’t break down once and the day I sold it it was still running strong and felt solid. Yes it looked like a turd but was as reliable as clockwork.
