Definitely take any opportunity to do the things that you want to do before it’s too late. My wife and I are off to Africa next year, travelling for about 18 months, it’s something we have wanted to do for a while now and we are now in a position to do it, I’ll turn 50 on our trip, I can’t think of a better way to celebrate it than exploring what is,for me, the greatest continent on Earth.
This was so good. Thanks for sharing honestly about the build and the trip. I'm so encouraged by you 2. I'm twice your age and finally settling into not being ok with mediocrity. Can't wait for when you touch down in S. Africa. Cheers.

I did London to Cape Town a few years ago so if you want any info on routes and places to stay please let me know. Also, I have a farm in SA which you're welcome to stay at if you need a safe place to chill for a bit. It's on the coast between East London and Port Alfred. Enjoy the travels guys - my overland trip through Africa was the best thing I've ever done!
