A very mature story, well structured, not self insert MC ruining the experience of how its told, well paced while being philosophical without that much yapping and you can see how the characters develop, going through this game's story feel like watching a very nice movie Reverse 1999 fixes all the flaws gacha game storytelling have within its stories, its incredible, I hope the next arc keeps the same quality or improves it further.
My only concern is that in chapter 8 they established that you can meet again people who have been reversed by the Storm (they said this in CN announce of chapter 8, so it's not really a spoiler). This isn't unexpected, but I'm worried that people might feel next Storms less impactful, if BP won't use this with caution.
@@alexpav845I was just thinking about this! I think it makes sense that you would meet people reversed by the storm in a different time. For example, the first storm hit in 1999 and Regulus would’ve been an adult at this time and very possibly was reversed but she reappears again in 1966 as a teenager (which is when the game starts)
@@Writerofdoom Another established thing in Reverse is that so far against all odds nobody across Foundation ever met their past (or conversely, their future) selves, implying through statistical implausibility across multiple storms that it's somehow impossible for past/future selves to coexist. The implication is most likely centered around bringing back people who never survived the storm at any point (Like Schneider).
I'm more than likely coping but if MV turn out to be more gray than evil there's still a chance for Sophia to come to us. I'm not expecting it though, this game doesn't fear killing off popular characters.
The way they pan into the brooch given by Isolde, I think it's more than just that 0.49% chance. The brooch definitely has something to do with her survival
@@nathancahya3847 I found this out from a tumblr post: Isolde said the brooch is made of turquoise and topaz which is symbol of luck and protection. So yeah
I think it’s a similar principle to how the people of apeiron had their protection for that long rather than any additional tool that directly protected Kakania, which is faith. Think about it for a moment, you’re in the middle of a decaying city and everything you know is crumbling and you’re told by someone a brief period before the collapse that the key to survival is a simple knot in a period where nearly everyone looks like lunatics. Kakania was involved during the incident, she had time to process this but the others didn’t have time to digest that information; the most she could do was hand out some flyers. The broach given by Isolde having colors that symbolize good fortune only probably reassured her that everything would be fine so long as they followed instructions. She was resolute and clear minded that this was what she wanted to do, it’s just that the surrounding people didn’t have that same feeling which is soul crushing.

Version 1.9 is really amazing ! 💯

I got teared up for Lucy at the last chapter. 🥺 This arc’s story is very very good.

well now we know why only 6 and 37 are playable....

I just finished Vereinsamt and holy cow, it took me through the gamut of emotions. This part especially.
The cry of 37 was just heartbreaking.. the VA nailed the feeling u_\\
6的聲音真的很沉穩,情感永遠埋在心底
It is ironic that Kakania was the only one who scored 0.49%....

I'm pretty sure it is. looks at 2:04 Bluepoch highlight the brooch that isolde give to her

Lucy said it herself, the more close you get into the storm, the higher the chances would be of success.

You can just see the emotion in 37’s eyes as she sees almost everyone she ever knew die l
