This is basically the only Genshin series that shows cases the game's story and world exploration (main game parts to me, even more than combat), which so good after the overload of combat and wishing content everywhere It's unique, fun, and a good challenge, really a great series
Imagine the Abyss Lector engaged in an intense and tough battle with the Traveler (who has conquered dragons, sea monsters and even an archon) and all of a sudden said Traveler just lobs a children's toy at him.. I couldn't stop laughing at that part it was hilarious.
Rana is what I imagine what normal people's strength are in genshin. Takes forever to kill enemies you can kill with one E or Q. Now imagine visionless Beidou doing it against a giant sea monster.
@Can'tthinkofaname You missed my point. Yes, Beidou's probably the way better fighter, but at the end of the day, she's still a normal human back then with normal human strength, it wouldn't be that far off from Rana's strength. And she was dealing 2~3 digit damage numbers for 4 days straight before killing that sea monster. I'm just putting into perspective how impressive Beidou's feat was.
@Can'tthinkofaname Ok buddy, whatever. I just wanted to say something cool i thought of. I don't need to have an argument about the details. Don't be such a killjoy. You're friends must love talking to you, if there's any in the first place.
I feel like if it ever comes to this and ever would make sense, your special rule in the water-region should be to never lower water by solving puzzles, unless its forced through a cutscene. You are so well at avoiding it already.
oh yeah that would be fun! and it could be possible because of the way water works, where it doesnt force you up if you're far enough below the surface
3:00 it's super strange since this quest is available super early on and it's actually quite likely for newcomers to start this quest long before Inazuma
"But they won't go in sumeru cause most likely they'll continue from the story!!!" No, even game can just force you in there to level up something like tighnari. So yeah, very strange. They could've just make toggles for some quest completions. Like, if X is completed, show N and if nothing of it is completed just put something to cover it.
@@jakcesleepingrn5739 It's good that Sumeru is accessible, just strange they didn't have any AR requirements for this quest or any dialogue triggers based on progression like they've done for other quests
I actually started a new account during 3.0 and managed to start it before even beating the prologue (stormterror) I was already capable of beating aranyaka. I know the world is open-ended but aranyaka is open really early.
I feel like Genshin's dev team really is giving you possible ways to do something impossible. Holes on the map and moving Dendro Rings. You possibly impressed them last time, when you broke the game by unlocking Inazuma before the Archon Quest.
This is akin to "snowflake ironman" content in oldschool runescape (what Moosashi originally played). That being said OSRS has some of the best creator content I've ever seen, super entertaining and I don't even play OSRS lol.
The amount of effort put into this series is definitely not being reciprocated by the amount of people who haven't subscribed yet. BEST OF LUCK TRAVELLER-SAN, HOPE YOU REACH 100K SOON!!!!
Holy crap though that montage looked so good. That probably took so much work just to edit together. I mean the obvious monumental task of collecting all of them with traveler is impressive or course but I want to throw some appreciation toward your video skills as well. I loved it.
Having not done the Aranyaka quest myself, I'm torn between spoiling myself with the video, or delaying Traveler-san. Edit: 12 hours later, I still haven't finished part 2, but at least I've seen everything covered in this video.
traveler-san o7!!!!!! this is SO UNSPEAKABLY COOL as always omg;;;;;; how many hours worth of tries do you have i wonder? as long as you're still having fun with challenges like this, looking forward to the next one! thanks moosashi and traveler-san :D
I cannot wait to see what they do about Jamrael and Jhet fighting the Fatui that has the Hydro Fatui if Moosashi is choosing not to participate in NPC combats
Honestly the kind of innovation Moosashi demonstrates in puzzle solving shows us what Genshin could have been. Constructs, abilities, and elements interact with the player and environment in unique ways to create fun mechanics. Instead, we got totems and grana, the laziest implementations of elements ever. You could replace elements with some gadget like the harp and many puzzles would functionally be the same.
My hope is that they eventually drop us everything in a Divine Ingenuity event-all monuments, grana, platforms, barriers, switches, wind currents, enemies, bosses, EVERYTHING-and just let us go wild in creating challenges/puzzles/dungeons. Because then we'll get to see some real creativity on what Genshin could be.
@@Moosashi Now I'm imagining the scenes if Genshin releases a Forge before Halo Infinite does haha... But dang, yeah, considering the kinda stuff people are already get up to in teapot and in-game? That would be amazing. Bet someone would find a way to use the sit teleport, chain overloads, and crystallize to create some diabolical puzzle. Definitely gonna write that in the next survey.
Honestly felt like Rana's life being the "big thing in danger" pretty much cheapened the quest for me. The whole of the forest being at stake is much scarier than some random girl I don't give a shit about. I completely forgot that she was part of the quest until the end and her getting a vision for just sleeping all the time was so frustrating. I'm now motivated to drown her to get her axe. Thanks moosashi!
I totally agree. Rana was neglectful in the entirety of the Aranara lore/quests. We could have easily started by accidentally meeting the Aranara and everything could have gone the same way, with maybe some minor goal/objective adjustments. And the Fatui involvement in the end also felt forced.
@@jokc8 yep it was such a fun quest but her involvement made it feel menial and not very necessary. And the Fatui were kidnapping kids in the first place to force Aranara to show up. None of the Aranara we met prior to starting Rana's quest would talk to us, they just hid from us the same as they've done when encountering humans ever since the catastrophe that forced Vanarana out of the physical world.
