It took 3 50 minute lectures for my professor to essentially explain what you have explained in one 15-minute video. And I go to a relatively well-renowned public university in the US. Luckily I don't have to pay for my tuition :) Thank you so much for explaining!
hello, i’m an aspiring chemistry professor in the philippines. may I know where you make your powerpoints and diagrams? its so clean and pleasing to the eyes
Sir, in an interview I was asked on what principle the ligands are arranged in a spectrochemical series. I answered about it is according to the splitting of d orbital. The professor said it a consequence, tell me the reason why. Please tell me why?
I believe this is related to the character of the ligand being pi accepting or pi donating. Pi donors are weak field ligands and pi acceptors are strong field ligands.
Thanks, you explain it way better than my professors!
I'm happy to have been able to help. I'm sure your professors are trying their best and we all have our individual learning styles.

my professor at IIT Ropar coudn't explain this concept in 30 mins and here i am understanding it in less time
That was so so good.
Thank you, sir.
Thank you for your kind comment. These really keep me motivated.
Thankyou for such comprehensive lecture
Thank you. I'm glad it was helpful for you.

Good luck with your career! As for the layouts, I made everything myself :)

Thanks so much... this was helpful
That's all I can hope for. Thank you.
How to calculate the cfse if both strong and weak filled ligand present in complex
that was great! Thanks a lot!!
You're welcome!
I think professor Dave has tenure with this style mate. But thanks for the vids though ❤️
Thanks for the comment! Hope the videos are helpful for you!
Thank you sir
You're very welcome!
why t2g are non bonding
They don't have good sigma overlap with the ligand orbitals.
their symmetries don't match up with those of the ligand
