I was filling out the Trade Qualifier Application Form and I don't know if in the Reference's Language camp I need to put an official Canadian language or put the main language of my reference. I say this because my boss reads and writes English very well (he wrote my reference later in English), but prefers to speak and listen in Spanish. What information should I put in the English or Spanish Reference Language field? Thank you!!
