I have 3 years DAE Electrical diploma from Pakistan.
Still I need 309 A license or I can change my DAE 3 years diploma with 309A ?

With Pakistani diploma, you need five years experience.then you will be allowed to take exam for 309A license. If you pass you will get 309a license.
