- In this video I'll show you my top 10 scouts mods of snowrunner and why. I've tried almost all scout mods that are available in mod browser of current version of game. I'll also mention their flaws (if any).

Huh, when I hit the horn it played the "Help, help, I'm being repressed bit from Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
I drive Big Bob as a scout. Its 61" tires make it unstoppable and the suspension system makes this scout a great fighter against rocky areas. And there is another one for honorable mention that is TATRAPAN 6X6 Active +. Its snorkel converts this powerful truck into a submarine.

HD750, it can be pretty OP, its the only mod I always have on, I also fancy the Busses Orca, Mammoth, and Krogan triplet, console has been getting various waves of Busses trucks as well, they got like a dozen per set, gotta pick and choose which ones you'd want. Bart does a great job modding some pretty crazy stuff too. I have to say though without a shadow of a doubt, being a fan of the custom Ford 750 trucks, the HD750 is a favorite, even if it takes up half my mod space
I’ve tried all of these and personally, I still find myself going back to the 79’ K30.

The sad thing about the crazy winch length is on console and having to cycle through all of that. It’s a nightmare.

all the mods on consoles are on PC and from PC so that would be kind of pointless

Edit: the ix5 is now on console, but I still think that a video should be made for the best ones on console

I like the 83 Dodge Ram, as well since it had its own gooseneck trailers, just wish it had Snow tire options

I really hope the “generic 1500” comes to console. Not because it’s great but because that’s my actual truck in real life. (2019 rebel). It would be nice to go give it hell without having to dump money into actual mods haha

Unfortunately the Generic 1500 is WAY too OP and it's huge, way bigger than it should be.

My favorite scout mods are:
-ZukTerra (yes, this how it's called by creator),
-Diskotheque by Zidon,
-Scouts by M181(I put only his name because he has a lot of good mods)
That awkward moment when he says the B-8053 is too big to be a scout but you use the iX 5003 as a scout
They need to add the goddamn generic pickup

if i could go back i wouldn’t get it. (unless you have pc) the console version limits the mods making it get old very fast
@Milosz M. I would definitely get it!!! I spent a lot of last year playing it and now with the introduction of consel mods it's even better!!! You will not get board especially if you get the season pass!!!

If you are on console and looking for a good scout try the DND Taco Pro it’s is a 2019 Toyota Tacoma and has good power, TRD pro options, twoV8 Engines with a stock V6 possibly a 2GR-FE, a crazy good winch attachments, and is fast
I actually have yet to find a scout mod that I really like. Granted, I'm on console, but there's always something in a mod that irks me and I end up removing it. The biggest thing being handling. A lot of scout mods handle like a Don-71 on cocaine. I'm also not a fan of newer style vehicles.
My favourite vanilla scout is the F750. I love its handling, its look, the customisation (could always have more though), and I love its off-road capabilities. I just wish I could use it to its full potential on mod maps.
My two favorite are the 79 k30 and the first gen dodge
These do look fun, yeah. Personally, I'm not much into the OP vehicles, but to each their own.
Most of Rangers mods arent OP and the ones that are, you can barely tell. And the amount of detail he puts into them, they feel like they should be vanilla trucks

There are some times that I want to use an OP scout because after spending an hour on a mission and your truck flips, you get a little frustrated lol

One suggestion I might add is that the scout vehicles u should can't haul cargo on the vehicle itself
I have a land rover defender lego set and im going to download that mod because it pretty nice
I know it's subjective, but i think the mtvr 4x4 is worth to mention. May not be the best scout(mod), but it's also one of the most capable exploration/hybrid truck
It's more of a truck than a scout...but I mentioned in my recent video "top 10 truck mods"
Probably never gonna use them, but they seem fun vehicles go drive.
The delta still one the best i think trailers mods an body mods. Idk how you missed that one. Plenty of tire suspension an winch points. An doesn't suck fuel even with the big block
When you think about it the M-175 Kaiser was a military truck so it didn’t need much for the interior

You forgot the toyota 4runner and toyota tundra. One of the best realiste and useful scout truck for me

Imo just because it goes thru mud good doesn’t make it unrealistic. Have you ever been mudding irl?
I am not that experienced but I've seen some videos and stuff and truck night episodes too....but with mud that thick I think it'll difficult for any machine to pass thru.

There is a mod on console called the 2017 L400 which is op and has like 64k health for the suspension engine and gearbox and 14k for the wheels and the parts like the fuel is on like everything like it’s op and fun and if u have the normal gearbox i think and put it on high mod u go so fast lol easy to flip on high mode but easy recovery

1:06 - When you say "Colors look wierd." I assume it's because you've never seen/not used to seeing Metallic and/or Metal Flake paint on cars? Cause that's kinda perfectly normal IRL. In fact, almost every vehicle on earth comes with Metallic Semi-Gloss paint standard since like, the late 90's. It's just unual for Snowrunner as everything in the game has Matte paint.
Don't mean to be a dick, not trying to put you out or anything, i just hope people see this comment and realize that the paint being semi-reflective isn't a glitch and that it is indeed intended to be that way.

I have nothing against OP in-fact I agree with what you said thats exactly my thoughts as well but some people don't like OP mods so, it's worth to mention what's OP and what's not.

Just gonna say..real life wheeling..winch points on anywhere but front and back are not happening. Unless you rig something up or have dedicated side winches. Just my two cents and experience.

Yes but its a slow process for mod creators to port things over and then they have to go thru a certification process by Microsoft.
Its just more work for console mods
