Absolutely joke when you consider what these cops have to lose if something goes wrong and they get blamed by the 'what if' brigade. There's zero incentive for cops to work proactively when they're hung out to dry for doing their jobs. While criminals have nothing to lose and receive pathetic sentences every day.
