Thanks for uploading this. These how to vids on your channel help a lot. Do I stick with a sensitivity (25 cm/360) to master it or should I switch to something that is comfortable to me (33cm /360) but not ideal in some game/situations. If anyone can help.
very true. I watch low sens players do reflex flick, (very smooth and almost no snappiness, the players reach and click the target right before it discmappears). Then I try to copy that with 32.5
I have never lowered FOV and have climbed a lot. Some may do this but I don’t change sensitivity or FOV I like to maintain. I noticed some scenarios seem zoomed in even if you don’t change it such as Centering i. I think it’s just the way they laid it out. I run FOV 120 on everything and it seems to do alright even in game transfer if I use the mouse-sensitivity.com tool i type in FOV and sensitivity scale calculation transfer. I like the higher FOV Because I like to keep kovaak difficult and shots hard to hit
I like the Info you share here I come up with a lot of ideas but sometimes others have opinions that seem beneficial all the knowledge we all share as a kovaak community the better
Does the internal/external focus apply to other types of aim training (not just smoothness)? So should I also try lowering my sens on for example fast strafes or click-timing scens as well? Also what helps you counter mouse drift? It feels so unnatural to try and keep the mouse completely un-angled and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, because even when I do I still have drift
Hi Christmas, I use only my fingertips to grip the mouse and I feel like it has given me a lot of flexibility during tracking but may be holding me back in terms of stability and precision in small target scenarios. Do you have any opinions on this type of grip?
yo do you think 400 6 ow is too low of a sens, ive been running it for a long time, and im top 500 for a few scenarios and others top 1500, i just want to know if i should focus at getting better at a high sens or if my current sens is fine
My issue with these kinds of challenges comes down to how I decide to aim. For some of the bots I can do my normal wrist aiming (that I'd use in game), but some of the bots strafe VERY wide and it's 2x further than my regular wrist tracking. This leaves me manually changing from wrist aiming to arm aiming for specific bots. I play on a higher sens so my arm is way shakier to track with, and also slower to react to direction changes because I don't have the quick pivot point of my wrist, but if I don't make the swap to arm aim I don't have the range of motion needed to track a target moving 220 degrees around me.
My biggest issue is I spent more time getting good in tracking and less in flicks I just recently began working on my flicks it’s good to keep a balance that’s for sure big mistake to cherish one thing over the other
What is your in game cm/360 sens? It looks like you play Quake/Source sens at 1 in this video which is extremely low. It works to get high scores in Kovaak's, but wouldn't translate over to games for me personally. I play 33cm/360 in game and in Kovaak's and it's pretty tough to get anywhere near high scores without cutting the sens way down which kind of defeats the purpose of Kovaak's in the first place. Unless I'm missing something? Any info is welcome. Edit - Btw I'm not trying to bash you because your methods of getting high scores in Kovaak's clearly work. I'm just trying to figure out if dropping your sens super low like this helps at all in game.
I usually use this before starting a practice 3 times in freeplay to get my hand to be smooth. The problem with raising sens(I only drop by 3cm/360) is when I switch it back while playing click timing routines it really feels different suddenly and my aim gets messed up. However when I play on my regular sens it carries over to my routine and my aim feels pretty fine. I don't know what is it but I tend to have a very flicky aim cause of my high sens when I am actually playing vs on kovaak's. I whiff like crazy sometimes.
@@peacemekka As much as you want really, the goal is to get you used to using different muscles whilst aiming. I would suggest trying out a lower sensitivity e.g. ~30cm or even lower if you like :)
Christmas got me 902, this guide is insane
Love these guides, they are so helpful!
Was hard stuck 850, now am hard stuck 860, thanks for the guide!
These guides are great! I would love to see one about reflex micro scenarios like reflex micro++ flick or valorant microshot speed small
Get good
Another great video, thanks for continuing to put these together!
Thx for the video man, i wanted to know if you think 144hz are enough for kovaaks

Don't worry about changing sensitivity too much, just work on mouse control and being more precise and smooth
Have you increased sens since then?

I know exactly what you're talking about! thanks for talking about this, I bet this could be very helpful to me.

had no clue what you said about practicing high or low sens, which sens should i practice
Where did this dude disappear to?are you still alive bro?

So to make shakiness more apparent, use high sense and high FOV. But to maximise training, use lower sense? Is this right?
To make shakiness more apparent use high sense and low fov
Dude, i love your content. Keep it up!
What sens (cm/360) are you using there ?
so tl;dr pracc on lower sens?
Thank you Michael, very pog!

i usually play at 1.6, having it at 1 was a mistake that i didnt notice until i released the video haha
What would be better for smoothness scenario's? A light mice or a heavier one?
personal preference
Bounce 180 next?
How much is charged for 1on1 coaching?
$20
I got smooth aim after doing tracking scenario in 80fov and increased sens, but what to do for vertical ?
pogchamp
how to guide for every bench, particularly movement, would be great
I really am not gonna use high sensitivity because I am not comfortable with it
Love the videos
I'm using my ADS first, then I use my Hipfire and try to recreate it. Double improvement.
so talented

Practice on multiple sensitivities for better mouse control
@@_FrozenPotato_ like how different should the sens be? Currently I'm on 19cm/360. While I can also do 16cm/360. How much should I vary the sens?

@@_FrozenPotato_ okay. I'll try that today.
mind blowing things
Omg new uploadd
I watched this video once and already have 910
