I hope my nurse is as gentle and informative as this nurse was. Makes the delivery so much more smoother.
She was definitely my saving grace when ish got real. Lol before that last push it felt like everyone in the room was screaming at me to push. She told everyone to stop, gave me a break when I needed it and he was out on the next one.
I liked how that one nurse came over to you just when your energy dropped and rubbed your arm. Whispering you got this and to keep going. Very motivating
Oouuuu girl im over here crying for you. Im 22, single mom and im going with no visitors... i hope i have a good team. Im due next week. I dont want an epidural
I love how motivating the nurses was ❤️ I’m due March 2023 , I just hope I can have the same experience. Congrats mama !
I'm due in March too with my first. I've been so anxious its crazy.
Such a pretty momma...baby too. I appreciated how loving and attentive the father was to his wife. He was a real man ! 😊
I gave birth 0/17/2023 at 38 weeks. Shout out to all the moms out there!!!Labor is no joke. Especially them contractions😭 for my first baby. My labor went to smooth and progressed so naturally. I only pushed for 15-20 minutes. My labor lasted 12 hours hospital wise. I was laboring at home without knowing. It was hard to tell contractions from Braxton hicks because it was my first child. The epidural wasn’t as bad as I thought it was. The contractions felt way worse. I was instantly relieved.
Loved it when your husband rubbed your back and asked why you were shaking. He was so involved and helpful. You are blessed. Thanks for sharing this empowering birth. You did amazing.❤
Congratulations 🎉 for your bundle of joy. This is my 6th baby in I'm just finding out I was pregnant at 5 months I was in shock. I'm 31 weeks pregnant and my baby girl is breech. I been hurting for the longest but I'm glad that it's going fast. My due date is February 25, 2023 I'm hoping this baby girl bust my water I hate to be induced. If I have to oh well. In I had all 5 kids natural and I going to do this one last time. Breast fed all 5 of them and thank God the last one because no more babies for me. If any it's to help other womens who is less fortunate to have one. Congrats🎉 to me. To every other women that's having or bout to have their babies congratulations 🎉.
1. You’re gorgeous. 2. You’re so strong! You actually made me feel like it’s possible to do it with no epidural.
Congrats! God bless you and your family!
I'm 35 and never been pregnant or had a baby so I have no idea what you were going through but deep Inside watching this video I knew you could do it I was rooting for you so proud of you God was really speaking to me while watching this congratulations Queen 👑👣💙✨
🥰 thank you so much! 💕
You're welcome
I just had my baby on May 10th it's a girl
@@ajathomas3637may 10 my bday 😊
Whew I’m due May 18th with my baby girl (first child). I plan on doing a natural birth w/ no epidural and hoping my water breaks by it’s self. You’re absolutely so strong and watching this made me cry, I give your your flowers 👏🏾
Same here
You ladies have my respect, but I was just wondering why you want to feel that pain? I had an epidural while I was in labor with my daughter…which was 25 hours long. It wore off about 15 minutes before I started pushing….and I was SCREAMING as I pushed her out. That pain is indescribable. The only relief is to push. And since I got her out in 4 pushes, I certainly think that making the pain go away was an incentive to get it over with. And like I said, y’all have my respect, but I would never wish that pain on anyone. Good luck to you ladies with rest of your pregnancies. 😊
Aww, my due date was May 19th, but he came the 17th. It honestly was the best day of my life! Go in there with a plan, let those people know what you want, but also stay open for whatever comes. You got this! 💕
It really wasn’t that painful for me. Lol I never even felt the ring of fire. I think the hormones really kicked in for me because all I really remember is feeling physically drained from pushing for like an hour. I didn’t want an epidural because I’ve heard of so many people having back problems for the rest of their lives. Also, with this being my first child, I wanted to at least try and feel what was going on. Plus I didn’t want to tear, and figured I’d be less likely to if I can feel it. I’d do it again in a heartbeat, but I can only speak from my experience. My mom swore giving birth felt like “pulling your bottom lip over your head.” 🙄😂
@@JasmineDefined
Yeah…the ring of fire…that name is well deserved…that part was when my screaming was the loudest. And I did tear. I don’t know how many stitches I got, but it was a lot. She is my only child. Her birth was very traumatic for me. I thought my water broke, but it was blood. It was so much blood it looked like it was coming out of a garden hose. And I had HORRIBLE postpartum depression. I gained 65lbs while I was pregnant. I lost 70 in 8 days after I had her. I COULD NOT eat. Even when I tried to force myself to eat, I just threw it right back up. I ended up going back in the hospital because I got severely dehydrated. They put me on antidepressants and told me to stay away from the baby for at least a week. I didn’t want to hurt her, but they told me just to be on the safe side. I wanted more kids, but decided against it. I regret it sometimes. I wish my daughter had had at least a sister to grow up with. But she and I are really close. Good luck with all your babies. I wish you all the best. 😊
I am truly grateful to have found your video. My daughter is due in October and I sent this to her so she can watch too. Congratulations on an amazing job! God bless you all!❤

First time momma here due in May. It must be so frustrating to have the nurses keep telling you “you’re so close!” yet you have to keep pushing! Urgh!
Congratulations 🥺 thank you for sharing your story! just hit 35 weeks today and am so anxious abt giving birth 😅 im planning on delivering natural no epidural as well, hopefully i can make it through 😩
You definitely can! I just reminded myself that once I got to the point of thinking “I can’t do this!” that means it’s almost over. But there was no point where I actually wanted an epidural.
@@JasmineDefined this definitely helps my mindset! thank you for replying ❤️❤️

You can! I did a ton of research and watched a lot of home births. It helped me feel a lot more prepared and in control. I was terrified by the thought of pushing out a baby, but by my third trimester I was ready. You got this! 💕
@JasmineDefined it's the same thing I'm doing right now. I wanted to find a video of a black woman going through unmedicated, non invasive birth, and I'm glad I found yours. Well done for preparing yourself adequately. 😊
