Thank you for making these videos! I recently unpacked my new machine, set it up and had no clue where to begin! I have a class scheduled in 2 weeks but I am so excited to start sewing with my new machine, yet I am intimidated. I am a visual learner and your videos are such a big help to me! I can now start using my machine prior to my classes. Again, thank you! I look forward to watching more videos!
So happy to use your videos to get familiar with my NEW machine. Just brought it home yesterday, and it’s going to be a few months before my lessons at the store.
Does the thread unwind clockwise on the horizontal spool piece without the spool moving or does the horizontal spool move clockwise for unwinding the thread?
Question about using the vertical spool pin: when I am using a "stacked" spool on that pin and use the thread cutter, the machine yanks the thread and spins the spool. This results in too much thread being spun out and wrapped around the pin itself, under the spool. Is there a way to prevent this?
Thank you so much for your specific and clear explanations. I don't get to sew often and forget the very basics in- between. Very appreciated.

The bobbin often winds more thread on one side of the bobbin than the other. Is this normal? Is there a way to get the bobbin to load more evenly.
make sure your thread is completely in the pre-tensioner and you are using all the proper guides between your thread and the bobbin

The horizontal spool holder is for crosswound thread spools, and the vertical one for stacked thread 🧵😀🌺 Hope this helps
You skipped a step. How do I remove the bobbin from its case!?!
The bobbin should just fall out of the bobbin case. Sometimes a gentle tap on your hand will also help
