This welding positioner speed controller comes with stepper motor (with 9 tooth ANSI #40 chain sprocket), control box and power cord.
Motor has a holding torque of 12 Nm (8.85 Ft,Lbs,)
It is typically used to drive turning rolls for welding barrel heads, straight pipe sections or small pressure vessels.
The buyer is responsible for making the turning rolls table (pipe, shafts, bearing blocks, and frame) appropriate to the workpieces.
It can also be used for powering the chuck based rotary welding positioner.
Speeds are 2-50 inches per minute in low range and 20 - 500 inches per minute in high range.
Speeds can be customized for different applications. As shown, the speeds are correct when paired with 60 tooth driven sprocket connected to the 10" (10.75 actual OD) pipe rollers.

Hi, thank you for the video. Can you explain how you make all the wiring inside the controller? If is possible 😅

Inside the controller there is a DC power supply, stepper motor driver, and a custom, Arduino based control PCB. The control PCB is the key component that reads the potentiometer and switches, and then generates appropriate control signals for the stepper driver (direction, step, and enable inputs to the drive). All control wiring is routed thru that PCB.
