- I will really need a welding positioner for the construction of my skid steer and not only. It took a lot of welding and metalworking to create it, but I'm sooo happy with the result! Come check it out too ;)
The perfect woman doesn't exis.....Oh, hey there Lucia! Awesome channel.
Your skill and workmanship is truly Awesome !👍🙂
I came across your channel by looking at different cnc builds and kid you are a mechanical star you are perfecting your skills as a manual machinist and welder also a great fabricator not many people in our profession take the time to learn all and become proficient I’ve been a manual machinist for 35 years now and I watch young people loose interest or not have what it takes to build something from raw materials to a finished product keep your vids coming I actually enjoy your content and your skills be safe
Thank you
That's awesome. Love the little car that holds the spot too! ❤
I'm pretty impressed with your skills....and charm :)
Excellent design, fabrication, and videography skills! Thanks for posting.
Thank you
Very well built!
I am super impressed. Well done and keep on doing great work. watched all your videos today.. 👍👍👍
These are great / thanks for putting them together !
That was so interesting to watch. I am very envious of your shop and tools that you have created for it
Jason
Wow, just wow. I'm not sure what I'm more impressed with, the video editing, the amazing skills, the up-beat and fun personality, or the amazing results of all of those things. Very impressive!!! Liked, commented and subscribed!!!
Thank you very much Kyle
@@luciasworkshophe tells you only because you are a woman
Its like you've been doing this your whole life! Your Grandpa taught you well!
Hello there my master engineer! Beside giving you 150/100 score on that project, my only request is to be your apprentice who will pay any fee you will demand. If you by any chance stray into Johannesburg, I shall be more than happy to accommodate you and show you around what it is like here in Africa. Guess what, that will be all for free for as long as you want. That is awesome skill and dexterity at what you have learnt. Thank you so much for sharing.
How have I not seen this channel before?
I would echo one of the other comments.
Super talented, great editing and production, easy to look at with great content. If you talked us through it more, this channel would surely explode!
I am saying the same thing. Only a few videos too over a year or so since she started. She needs to make way more videos! She is fantastic!
Hi Lucia, a quick question: who's silver YT award is that?- do you have other channels? Cheers Stu, New Zealand
Hi, you are attentive ;0)
Yes, I have another channel called "Lucia reload"
Damn nice job girl. I have been in fabrication for 30 years and seeing what you make with the tools you have tells me you have some mad skills.
Very nice build and I like the ground clamp strap solution. I must say though, steel must be very cheap in Russia..:)
Could you please start putting your plans on Patreon because I for one am willing to pay for your designs. Also please quit wearing long sleeves around rotating equipment and put your hair up under a hat around rotating machinery, I’ve seen what happens when your hair, sleeves and gloves get caught.
Brilliant work just two things would fit castor wheels with break stops it running away while working and for the earth just machine up a brass wheel to run on shaft will work lot longer than braided copper, second video I am watching and your level of multi skill at your age is very rare today keep it up.
Hi Lutsia (sp?) I love your work. I'm quite similar mindset to you though I've never done some of the work you have. I'm setting up my own workshop as a business doing all that you are along with foundry and blacksmithing. I'm also self taught though growing up I was always out helping my grandfather and dad on the farm and in the workshop. I was also pinching my grandfathers engineering text books from the time I could read and trying to read them. I've done many types of work over the years but I've never been happy working for someone else. Now though it has been a struggle the last year I've been more happy and content than I've ever been. Keep up the awesome work ❤️
Just came over this channel today. It is lovely to see the enthusiasm and positiveness this lady move on with the projects, with great skill and quite fast I think) It is an inspiration to me to faster start working at my own DIY ideas and projects I have in mind. I need to speed up and get tings done, and work effective :)
Thank you very much and wish you luck with your projects ;0)
2:35 While it might be great for YT, you might consider a higher shade of protection. UV coming from plasma is extreme!
You’re a badass woman. I really enjoy watching you work. Refreshing
cute woman!!! hi Lucia great job i only watched the end of the video but it really works - congrats
Great work, thanks for sharing. Be careful with your hair, it swung really close to that still spinning sander @ 9:35
100 % ABSOLUTELY LETHAL. Through and through, fantastical. Grand process, grand design, ultra crystalline execution, comprehensively serene. My mind = Blown. Laughed when you said "Sh*t" lolololol.
Just found your channel. I have watched all of the videos and am eagerly awaiting the next one
Would love to see you collaborate with This Old Tony and Blondiehacks. You videos are
Excellent
Nice work. As a tradesman, I still wonder why more women don't get into the trades.
Okay, I'll just say it, you swept me off my feet. Amazing!!!!!
i'm pretty sure that i saw a metal rod somewhere... or was that the other rod... shit, brb...
Wow that's pretty cool. Great job, luv it👍
That is great workmanship. I would like to suggest a foot control instead of,or,in conjunction with the panel mounted potentiometer. The mig wirefeed gearmotor was something I never considered

Great work! Be careful when tapping holes, you should wear safety glasses taps can break easily. Love your channel.👍🏻
I love how meticulous you are with everything. I make some of the tools I use as well. Most of my work is electronic, but I like to see how you do the mechanical work. Thanks for sharing this with us. 🙂
I love that arm-rest, mine doesn't have a curve, that is a really good idea. I have a switch on my positioner to select either the speed knob or an external footswitch. I find it a bit too difficult with TIG, trying to use TWO foot controls at the same, but it's great for MIG and stick welding. Perhaps I should get a TIG Button. Your weld positioner looks excellent. I look forward to seeing more of your projects
Neil
Thank you Neil
Did you say your next project is a skid steer? Holy moly!! I can't wait for that!
The rotary positioner looks awesome!
Thank you!
Really nice rotary welding table. I enjoyed watching you build it. That would be a very useful tool in my shop.
Brilliant build
Lucia's channel it was great, very skillful, awesome ides❤
Lovely work 👏🏻 👌 👍🏻 clean and professional.
Very cool channel! Cool equipment and real good "know how".... Say, do you like blue color or?😆 Your videos are very nice to watch!🤗👍👍
Did you build your own welding fume extractor? If so, have you considered doing a video about it? Love your ingenuity and skill. Very professional. Can’t wait to see more
Thank you. Yes, I made it myself, but before I started this channel, so you can watch it only on my russian one: ruclips.net/video/yfk4ih2nMAk/видео.html (you can enable the subtitles)
Sure glad you do such great work.
Very nice and Thank you so much 🙏
Absolutely brilliant.
Prostě nádhera. Pro mě by byla samozřejmě lepší ruština, ale to se nedá nic dělat. Anglicky nerozumím, ale tady se stačí dívat a obdivovat nádhernou práci. 🤩🤩
amazing craftsmanship, and great video!
Thank you for your sharing. Really wishes and BLESSINGS of PARENTS TO YOU. 👏👏👏💯
Good build, and the cnc table build was great as well.
Who’s behind your your scenes, do you edit your own videos? Who shoots your videos?
Nice, this will help a bunch and save your back from a lot of repeated motion, especially when you have lots of welding to do.
beautiful work, beautiful eyes
Awesome work, you weld so much better than I do.
Bonjour Lucia, you have a very good teacher and you are a very good student :) , you make my day with yours videos. Please roll your sleeves when you work on a machine tool: from a 30 years machinist ... Thank for your videos
Wooww i realy love it it looks great
one day u will be a big star. glad to be part of the early crowd :)
We will see ;-) Glad you are with me from the start.
Remember when DIY meant you could build it at home with tools you could rent from Home Depot? Pepperidge Farms remembers.
I’m on year ten of slowly buying metal working tools to try some diy projects, I should be able to get the cnc plasma when I retire in 30 years 😂
@@Christopherbever Exactly. I'm over here trying to figure out how I'm gonna buy a mag drill and a small lathe without having to take a loan out on my house lol
Just happened to see your channel by a glimpse and I must say you impressed me you got skills GIRL' keep it up 💯 % 😎👍
You need to use your voice to make it educational
I understand why she doesn’t
Really enjoy your work. How did you get like that? In my shop if it made noise or dust my daughters ran the other way.😂
You’re amazing where did you learn all this?
I answered this question in my last video ;0)
I remember your firsts videos you explained every detail, all times you were speaking. I missed your voice in this excelent video but was so silent. Thanks for show us how to make the things better.
God bless you.
great, love the Chicken and the Minion in the Backround. great work done with lot of passion. great video 👍
Great skills all round, just a small comment re safety in workshop. As nice as your long hair and pony tail are, not really very safe around lathes and drill presses etc. A friend told me he saw a bad accident with long hair getting caught in lathe chuck. Outcome was NOT good. Similar concerns where any jewellery is worn in workshops. Please take care re these issues.
Hi Lucia girl hats off to you ,great skills , love your builds 👍❤🙏🏻
Wau! Absolutely fabulous work. Such a simple positoner made from simple parts with nice end result.
Hey Lucia. Should make yourself a scratch gauge. Better than a caliper. And you don't want to be damaging that in case you need to do tolerance work
I don't know why your channel popped up on my page...but happy that it did. Beautiful work Lucia! Damn good!! New sub here...
It is so immersively entertaining watching ur vids, they are so good, what a great and professional machine you made in under 13 minutes. I have to congratulate ur hubby on snagging a gem like you & his great editing skills. Love ur stuff
Lucia your fabrication skills are simply mind blowing! It would be a complete pleasure to have you work in my shop!. Fantastic job and you look awesome on camera.
Very nice job... thanks Lucia
Clearly she's quite knowledgeable about machine shop work hence about what she's doing and she's pretty too.
I'm an amateur, self-taught at what little I know welding and fabricating. You truly impress me with your skills, and I thoroughly enjoy watching your videos. I just wish I had a few of the "toys" you have like the CNC plasma cutter. That would be fun to use.
For a change, I'm speechless. 3d CAD, and you make stuff, too. I have one question, how in hell do you stay so clean, and perfect nails. Something is fishy. Fess up. I work with electronics, cars, and a plane that I am building. You Can't help it, so I will ask one more time. Give up the secrets, or is it just a good act. ~~ Cris Harrison
Great work just found your site. Will watch more now.
Your Skill, quality and attention to detail is Awesome, keep them coming
Just found your channel as a electrical mechanical engineer the little I have seen very good stuff.
Good idea for welding something round, especialy if you have many same welds.
You are so good with your products you make, you're fantastic and I am so glad your channel was recommended to me!
Very nice welding rotary table.
Beautiful Peoples Always Do The Best Things ,,,, You Are One Of Them ,,,,
Nice job! Cheers!
very nice work...one question,,,,,what did electronics did y use to adjust the spped of the motor
Hi. Great work and skills. Watched most of your videos. Can i ask what internals you used, I.E motor and speed controller
Hi Lucia. Its great to see a female also into her workshop its very refreshing to watch you at work. Now Ive been looking for some ideas for a rotary positioner and I really like the resign of yours. Is it possible to get a parts breakdown and maybe the plans you made for the parts. Keep up the good work Regards Kenny
Your work is incredible as is your channel presentation.
Diy, uses thousands of dollars worth of machining equipment.
Your videos and content are therapeutic for me 💪❤️
Love your channel! I just shared it with my twitter followers. Alwways a huge supporter of women in STEM. You do great work, your grandfather should be proud.
Thank you very much Chris!
Brilliant and excellent workmanship. Cheers Stuart 🇦🇺
Thank you
Are you use Slavic name Lucia, your parents from countrys from czechoslovakia?
Bonjour Lucia, je suis tout simplement impressionné par la qualité de votre travail !!! Bonne continuation à vous Fabien.
wish you would sell plans for how you made those things cause I would buy them from you and make all my own equipment for my shop I want to build some day.
Lovely lathe. Great build. Does the welding current affect the driver motor?
Congratulations on your talent, magnificent works, breaking stereotypes, great. Taking advantage of the comment, I am a novice and I would like to know what is the function of the copper tape that you place on the axis of the rotary table in the 10:30th minute of your video, I have seen it in all the videos that make that table, and I have searched what it is for and I have not found anything, thank you in advance for such good videos
i bet you could make $ on selling the design plans for others to build th your items. like sell them for $25-$50 dependong on the product and detail.
This is cool... I like it alot..
It would have been nice to explain if it was a bought kit, a combination of stuff or a complete scratch built job...
Nice work, wish I could have had a woman like your 40 years ago.😊
