Once I learned how to flat twist, I discovered one can flat twist upperhanded and underhanded. My left side and right side flat twists be looking totally different lol. I gotta practice more.

I have watched SO MANY tutorials and this is THEE ONE that made it stick. I did my whole head both directions. You really gotta just repeat "twist, clamp, scoop and pinch, clamp, and then reset" until you get it. I STILL repeat it to this day 😭🙏❤️

This was such a great tutorial, you explained the process better than I ever could. Learning how to flat twist first was great practice for finally learning how to cornrow. It taught me how to grip and pick up hair as I go.

Ho-ly CRAP! I have never been able to french braid my hair and someone suggested trying this method instead because it's easier, but I could not tell what was going on in other videos. You broke it down and made it so easy. I literally squealed when I managed to do my own hair. You're a genius ❤️

This was so perfectly timed. Today is wash day for me and I was able to put my hair in 2 flat twists!! I had the watch the video twice; one for each side. But I did it.
Also, when I worked in community mental health foster care agencies were always looking for people to teach groups on Black hair care. Maybe that would be something you could do to teach people. Or put it in your Patreon page where you do a flat-twist-a-long with subscribers.
