I think Hongseok would have been a main vocal if he was in a different group but Pentagon has Jinho/Hui who are considered some of the best vocalists of this generation. It’s the same as Btob, they have 4 main vocal level singers but only technically Eunkwang is the main vocal.
Check him out on Mix and Match - he'd had a long road (as both singer and dancer) to here & only really deserves main vocal distinction now. Honestly when he debuted he was not main vocal material.
