One of my friends warned me that someone I love in dance academy dies and when Christian is sitting on the steps thinking about Tara and you can hear the sirens in the background I knew...It literally felt like I was having a heart attack . I didn't cry until the beach memorial when Christian was reading the list....that's when the dam broke and the floods came rushing in . So much emotion and talent with these actors.
I love everything about this. The song. The dancing. The way her emotions make the performance that much more amazing. I can never make it through this without tearing up unless I'm doing something else while watching. RIP Sammy.

What's crazy is being a ballet dancer, I'm looking at the actual choreography and this is a very poorly-done scene with dance technique in mind...but it's so incredibly emotional and heartfelt that the feelings you get watching somehow make up for any missing pieces. And I think that's pretty freaking cool!
Every single time I watch this I cry. It's the first peer she had die, I remember how I felt the first time I experienced that and it's awful. She definitely performed while grieving and it shows. She danced this flawlessly☆

Ugh it’s 2020, I watched this when it came out and I’m still emotional thinking watching this! I loved this show so much! I remember going on some raggedy website to watch the episodes on my old laptop when they aired elsewhere lol I’m starting to re watch it now
Amazing movie The Red Shoes, and this show, Tara was so good, though had too many cuts and could have shown her dance more...still wonderful, show her teacher and the blonde girl a thing or too....poor Sammy. Love the intensity near the end..you can feel the power in it.

I can't help but cry every time :'( I've seen every episode so far and I was just crying my way through all the last ones from season 2!
