Sure it can't be used for years after one use but if he catches a huge crowd it effects all of them. Also itachi can mentally tear someone down so bad the commit suicide. And also since Kakashi has the other one he definitely isn't impossible to beat since Kakashi can also move things and people to kamui. It has weeknesses and risks just as every jutsu. The stronger it is the higher the weekness or risk
