I glad the limited global units getting their upgrades, I rarely use em in battles, now I going to start using em again. Thank you for the good morning vid Auronj. ^^
About time GLEX units got their upgrades. Also, Glaciela might see some more play depending on if her limit burst gets a good upgrade, considering new Oelde is water spear could see a water spear comp though I'm not sure if we have enough spear VCs.
@cedj4504 to be fair even if lightning wasn't, water has seen little use anyways from the time I have been playing even Astrius never saw his time in global because Esther was there. Still, I forgot about Gernsbeck, so a full water spear team is possible and never underestimate the power of mono element job teams. I've been slapping guild battles with a mono Fire Glove team. Though, tbh I wish I had Summer Helena to replace Roy as I feel like Rivelka outperforms Roy in GB. I'm working on a mono wind spear team for the future because of my boy Cid(Veritas of the Wind) with Flagbearer Glaciela and Winter Luartha. I'm just curious how do you feel about the Holo VC?
Wow, it didn't even take a full year since they announced at RTWW that these fest units transcendence was "coming soon". Psyched for Esther 140 and MA2, and already sitting on the 120 shards to 140 Sylvie.
Yo Best Bunny Girl! Along with New Astrius, I'm so hyped! So glad I pulled for Astrius, and Esther has STILL been an awesome unit I've used since her release. 140 & MLB2 will just make her even more sick!
As a newbie im crazy to finish my Ester from 99 to 140 with upgrades. Its kinda sad latelly units like her and Jeume are just Dps checkers to the enemy. They would get some value if a matchup of theyr big hp together with debuff come along.. * atk down or defense down ", or increasing ally reaction block rate thru cs. A more complex use of em would be amazing
So pumped for global unit upgrades!! Not sure what to think of Ibaras kit being changed. I liked the lightning imperil and not sure how to feel about them changing it to spr pen
Why only Ibara's job? Older GL units like UR Zazan and Duane need job upgrades more... A 100-cost evade unit with no guaranteed Nullify and no good AoE attacks... And a 100-cost bruiser with sub-par buffs in today's meta... 😥
It still pisses me off to see how Global mismanaged the Global First units in this game. They released 8 of them (10 including Lara Croft and Addison Ray), with enough time to release a 100 cost unit for every element in the game, but instead they focused on Light with 3 units, and Dark and Lightning with 2 units each.
Esther is the one GLEX unit I want that I don't have. She never comes out at a time I can take her to pity.... like, I only have 25k viz right now, and with Nier around the corner... I just can't.
There is something strage about Ibaras Demoness update : Wailing Storm does reduce lightning res in global but not in jp and in this update it doesnt say anything about lighning res, so it just got deletet ? i hope they give her a different MA2/140 than in JP cuz the JP version wasnt that great. And i Hope Esther will get nice updates as well or maybe even a second new VC like Elana/Duane/Zazan did got
And they are starting the Global changes by nerfing one of Ibara's skills. Those job updates are going to align Global Ibara to Jp Ibara who had slight differences. Demonic Wail/Wailing Storm for us has been a 30% Lightning Resist Debuff on a Diamond AoE attack. This news update shows they are changing that to JP's SPR Debuff instead of Lightning Resist. So, Ibara can only debuff Lightning Resist in her single target LB instead of an AoE attack.
It would be the equipment training pass. Unit shard quest attempts doubled from 10-20. Great value on a week like this one ending, but no vis attached to it.

with Lightning getting like 4 units in a month with these upgrades, there will be no place to play any water units. Just like gumi wants.

Many Ester fans are hoping for the best. Whatever she'll become we'll enhance and use her as we do now.

i put esthers sword on my astrius so hes sitting at about 95 slash pen, i wonder what changes will be made to the sword now.
I miss the over the top CGI when summoning Esper. Bummed the newer Esper didn't have that 😢

Yes, it has always worked with the Unit Shard campaigns. However, I doubt many people still bought it, unfortunately..
