Hi dear! If the doll has greasy hair, you can gently wash it, just make sure you don't get water in the eye sockets. Hope that helped you some! welcome!
That's the way Blythe dolls are made. Earlier customs never had eyebrows either. I remember first seeing eyebrows on Blythe, (2014?) and having to get use to it. It looked funny to me. Now there are artists who make gorgeous eyebrows. I love them both ways.

Your dolls have no eyebrows
Blythe dolls originally do not have eyebrows, so I just prefer them that way.
