I’ve never once thought to ask my own fear “how can I beat you” because of the fear itself! 🤯this one lesson was more insightful then years of talk therapy. Wow 🤩 🔥🔥🔥

Basically it's like rebellion you know how kids rebel against there parents cause of there rules fear is doing the same thing after all fear is in the human nature and if we follow those rules that fear has we will always let fear win but if we rebel against it we demolish fear

What do u think of the book of five rings?
It seems so esoteric to me i can't even warp my mind around it but it probably has secrets to martial art obviously if u know who the author is.

When my mask comes down fear doesn't exist anymore I am one with the darkness and all that are part of it. Or thats what I thought until one night about 2am Im tracking someone just outside of Yosemite I dont have a visual on them so Im observing. Thats when I saw it a shadow about 25 feet away it was watching me swaying back and forth like a person does when they're standing there it definitely haf a silhouette of a person for 10 minutes I watched this thing. Both of my flashlights one with brand new batteries and the other one fully charged went dead my phone was the last resort so I snapped a couple pictures. Watched it for a little bit longer. Once I broke sight with it turning my head to the left it tried to circle around me on the right it was like it was only hitting the top of the grass kind of like in Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon when they're jumping from Treetop to treetop I could hear this thing approaching me that way I pulled out my pistol and snapped another picture it wasn't until I got home an observed the pictures then I saw actual ghosts I'm pointing my pistol at a severed head of a woman with her tongue sticking out spitting out Blue Mist. Where I only saw a single shadow in the picture there's two entities standing there. All of my senses told me not to approach this thing. As I said I was tracking someone it wasn't until I gave up on this area did the shadow appeared in the first place it somehow could tell my intentions. Somehow my confidence in the pistol kept me safe it was only my confidence they kept me safe not my skill...
