Set that vac pump petcock to prim position and it will work.....you just won't Have a on and reserve function..... But drill in a fitting between carb and head.......through carb boot, closest to head, and you will put a vac line too the petcock pump nipple from this. Then it all functions just like Suzuki did. Plastic or metal nipple from a windshield washer nozzle ...... Or small tip of a telecopying radio antenna works. Glue it in the hole you drilled just tighter than your new nipple size. Fuel safe glue like J.B, or red loc tight...Best idea 👍 takes about 5 min once you find something to make the new nipple from. Last plan... Cut the Honda nipple from tank...leave enough tank tin to overlap all holes in Suzuki petcock position. Drill Suzuki to accept Honda petcock fuel tubes entering tank, and overlap weld Honda nipple with the tank tin you cut out of the Honda . 👍 East breezy...... Lmao
When my Dremmel took a crap. I found out, after a bunch of tries, that it only needed a new set of brushes. Found them on Amazon for $5 or less. FYI I bought it used over 20 years ago. And only changed them last year.
I did the electrolysis thing with my xt600 tank after it sat for 13 years. Came out pretty good.

Would you be able to use Suzuki petcock using both nipples independently connecting an individual line per carb? I think?
