I am interested. It there a technique or trick to making sure the letters are properly spaced? Or do you basically "eyeball it" in that department? I really like the concept and the machine. I would be using it at shows--just want to make sure I can do it quickly with no mistakes. Thanks for any info!
There is a very simple trick to equal spacing characters when stamping rings on the Stamp Perfect SS Ring Marking Machine. You start by stamping the first character on the ring, Then place the next hand stamp in the machine. Before stamping the next character, position the ring so the side of the previous stamped character indentation just touches the side of the hand stamp body. Since hand stamp characters are engraved on the center on the hand stamp face, positioning the side of the hand stamp body against the previous stamped character will provide an equally spaced stamped name on your ring. ONE EXCEPTION, when stamping an "I" you will need to position the side of the hand stamp body almost 1/2 covering the previous letter. With a little practice, spacing will get better and better.
The machine was designed to hold standard hand stamps most often used to stamp rings. Our machine marks rings faster, easier, and more accurately while maintaining a consistent depth of mark. If the black holding slot can secure different stamp thickness and the machine enable stamping inside the ring as well I’ll buy it hands down.
