Thanks for the video. I didn't need anything with the control panel (yet), but something else was going on with it that I needed to remove the front panel of the door to figure out. My model is 7797, but had a very similar setup to these. This gave me the confidence that I wasn't going break it :p
Hi! Thanks for the video! We also have a crack on the top of the panel as well. The display sometimes gets wonky and randomly beeps while running and sometimes shuts itself off. It also doesn’t drain all the way when it’s done. Could the cracked panel be the reason? Thank you!
Does this look like the correct part to just replace the "clock" LED display lights: EBR33469708? Parts of my numbers are out like yours were before you did the repair. I tried to post the link to the LG web page with the part, but my comment was deleted, possibly because I posted a weblink. Thanks for any insight!
Nevermind, I am seeing that part is only for the front 3 LED lights. I am guessing I need the "control panel assembly" to fix the lights out on the "clock" display.
Yes. you are correct. I bought that part thinking it was the display and found out it was for the 3 lights. the control panel has the display built in. @@ericlarosee1872

I have the same issue clock display is missing segments. Did you order the whole panel assembly or can you just order the clock led display.
In my LDT7808SS power wont button wont light up, I am not able to turn it on, do you think it is the same problem ?
Hard to say.
@ it actually worked order a new control panel and replaced it. Thanks for your video
