these features were actually supposed to be in eevee. it is nothing but making it difficult for those who do stylized work and losing money from their pockets.
I love Goo Engine, but I honestly believe that, these guys released the Engine just to gate keep the process. There's is not single tutorial that shows how they made their animations. All you find is behind the scenes streams, and some technical videos about how the Goo Engine works. but they wont show you a tutorial of real world applications. Their tutorials just used sphere to explain the nodes.
If they wanted to gate keep, they wouldn't release the Engine. Goo engine doesn't do all the work for you, you still have to learn to model, texture and animate on your own. If you see what I mean
It would be great if that mesh trail could be applied to character movement. Cgi anime looks weird bcs the inbetween frames doesnt have distortion to it. Even nowadays anime studio doesnt bother with motion blur....
It's not so much the lack of a blur and more of when you notice it they've messed something up. Or didn't bother to do things properly in the first place.
I've known Late for a few years. Late is an absolute wizard.
What I like most about this guy is how he always come in time
Dillon and his team make some AWESOME stuff! I'm really glad to learn from them!
putting npr in blender on the radar DIllon, great work!, cant wait to see how the original seireis goes!
What a great talk! Late as usual is a genius :)
Gotta love Chris coming to this presentation with the vtuber merch
Incredible stuff. Shader info node possible simplifies a lot of my own NPR workflow
Awesome stuff guys! Thanx 4 the talk and all the work you've been doing!
Learning from them is making my animation life better and better
Hyped going be using this for my anime creations moving forward hypedddd

Oh a fellow Takodachi
Ina! WAH! I saw that too, really cool drip

The Takodashi shirt!!
this is the future of animation right here, hopefully it will create a new mixed media style like spider-verse
I like those creative people
And now they’re official.

eevee has huge problems and I don't see any improvement on it
@@Enesnnd huh ? In the beginning it didn't even have motion blur. now we also have that.
@@testacals it means you don't have enough experience in eevee
12:24 definitely need to know how to do that
omg, My heroe!!!! Late as usual 🙌🙌🙌
just awesome
18:47 come on... It's the SCIT! Synced Continuous Integration Timeline! Also means "he knows" in Latin.
Pretty interesting stuff!
So inspiring.

What ? Lol
Dillon looks like such a chad compared to his model, very amazing dude and studio overall!!
Yeah they are the best when it comes to NPR
how do i get this node shader ?
I'm mostly through it but did he every explain why most of these changes will never be rolled into the main blender?
He said its all a bit hacky so not optimised

The shading is ass in most of them and the frame rates are even worse. 90s cgi American cartoons looks better than most cgi anime.
😎👍
I would love to know how to make those Coda-Blender automations ;-;
*BLENDER !*
CAN ANY ONE TELL ME HOE TO install THIS
nice
1😊
